I am not someone to write an open review but I recently visited Smïl and the dental clinic is truly a hidden gem in Chatham. I was beyond impressed with the level of professionalism and care I received from the dentist and his nurse. Dr Neil was exceptionally outstanding. The treatment was so precise and seamless that I felt no signs or symptoms from the tooth I had been suffering with for months. It’s as if the filling isn’t even there! Needless to say that the rest of the staff at the clinic were incredibly friendly, welcoming. The clinic itself is spotless, with state-of-the-art facilities, and their communication in between appointments is outstanding. I came to Smil as a nervous patient who hadn’t been to the dentist for over 12 years. I had a check up at first where they scanned my teeth and explained I’d need a filling! They were able to fit me in the following morning and Dr Neil was amazing and put me at complete ease! It was pain free and I am now hoping to start Invisalign
