Dr Roma Patel went above and beyond on my first consultation for a dental check-up. She was very professional, reassuring and her knowledge on dentistry is by far the best that I have experienced whilst searching for a dentist. The whole reception and technical team were friendly and the practice is lovely too! I will certainly return for future check-ups and whenever needed!

Mrs Patel was absolutely fantastic. I was very nervous during my first visit, however she made me feel really relaxed and explained everything in great detail. Even when I went back for an emergency appointment, she really looked after me and took great care during treatments.

Halfway through treatment, and from terrified to reassured already. Roma is so patient. She uses a dental wand which is a game changer, no massive needles. Why did I pick ADC, this is a husband and wife team, they don’t hang their reputation on anybody but themselves. Honest and transparent, no pushing more expensive options, patient led. I keep moving forward with Roma, she is skilled and amazing. See you soon, hope you noticed the squeeze ball survived my dental surgery 👌

Great clinic! Really glad I found this clinic after moving to the area a little while ago. The dentist was excellent - extremely gentle, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and options for some cosmetic treatments which I have been looking for. The hygienist and assistant were also excellent - gentle, efficient and quick. They both made me feel comfortable and I felt well looked after. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.

I've been with College Dental Surgeries for many years now. Normally, I'm just attending scheduled appointments and, of course, I'm seen promptly. Today, for the first time, I needed to call on them to ask for a potential tooth extraction. I called at around 8.40am, on the first working day after a bank holiday. I explained the situation and was immediately offered an appointment at 10.30am, and told that if I could arrive by 10.15am that would be even better. So, I did exactly that. After a good assessment of my tooth, it was agreed an extraction was the best option. Job done quickly, professionally and without pain and I was leaving the car park at 10.30am feeling a lot better. Nick Spilker and his team are the very best I've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Thank you for your amazingly efficient, prompt and super professional services, as ever; but particularly on this occasion when I had called saying I needed some help. Very, very highly recommended as a dentist practice.

The team at Brenchley Dental are fantastic. During our time at the clinic my wife and I have had two dentists, both have been great, taking the time to talk through, in detail, any examination findings and associated treatment. My daughter is also a patient (NHS) of the clinic and the team have been just as good. They always arrange family appointments to make things easy and have been very flexible when we needed to rearrange at short notice. As far as value - dental treatment is, of course, expensive but Brenchley Dental appear to be competitively priced and have never tried a ‘hard sell’ for any service. The service and treatment is so good that the costs constitute good value for me.

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. First-class dental practice! The whole team are well-informed about patients and my entire experience over 2 years has been very positive. I've had root canal treatment with Ian, an implant with Peter and regular visits to the hygienist followed by check-ups with Peter and i've been very pleased with the advice and care on every occasion. I had to have a 3d image xray here, it was such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A lovely receptionist greeted me when I arrived, and my xray went well. Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)

Great practice. The receptionists are always very friendly and chatty and go out of their way to welcome you. The dental practitioner and hygienist are always very friendly and keep me up to date with prices/treatments, and also sympathetic towards me with any dental problems. The surgery is always very clean, with a pleasant and warm atmosphere. Plenty of onscreen information for patients to watch, as well as good products on sale. I wasn’t feeling very well after my treatment on Wednesday after all the anaesthetic and the receptionist was very caring and made sure I was ok before I left.

After experiencing problems with a lower molar I have received excellent service from the practice in New Romney to try and rectify the pain. Several appointments to try and retain the tooth were arranged but sadly and finally I had to have it extracted today. The senior partner arranged a special appointment and took the time and trouble to deal with it himself going over the history before the extraction took place. I was very impressed with their professionalism and speed of action and would highly recommend them.

I have been at the HDP for over 50 years under different ownership but for the last 30 years or so I have been seen by Gary Doorman who has excelled and made me very comfortable on each visit. With him now taking a backseat role I have had the pleasure to meet Milan who is continuing to keep the calm on each visit. I have a tooth extraction in the morning. Not something I look forward to but, I feel reassured that Milan will do what’s needed to get us both through to the end.

I made my first visit yesterday and my friend Gerry Read recommended me to see Milan. From the moment Sarah answered the telephone to book my appointment I was made to feel welcome and at ease. When I arrived yesterday first impressions really do count and all the ladies I saw in reception were welcoming and I was made to feel immediately relaxed and at ease. I was shown in to meet Milan and he examined my broken tooth, took x rays and then explained every option available to me. He was clear and precise and the outcome was to have the tooth removed today and proceed with a bridge. He made me feel very relaxed, as did the assisting nurse and my tooth was removed painlessly and quickly. I look forward to future visits further down the line and will not hesitate to recommend the practice to all my family and friends.
