Been a patient here roughly a year now. Had 4 appointments with the dentist and 1 with the hygienist. All round great service. Appointments are well communicated. Polite & friendly receptionists, always have a smile on their face. Dentists, nurses & supporting staff are very professional, understanding and accommodating. I would, and have recommended to others.

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. The whole team is genuinely friendly, and it’s such a welcoming practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch! Would you like any adjustments, Andi?

Fantastic. I previously had my teeth whitened here, which looks great. I have been visiting Zahra Khan for my Hygiene appointments. She is such a lovely lady, as I have always been frightened when visiting dentists, due to a bad experience ax a child. She explains what she is doing, she has a lovely manner, and at the end gives good advice, which really works. I would highly recommend.

Honestly the best decision ever! Nina, Kat, Farhad, Sarah and the team have done an amazing work on my teeth. Their attention to detail, patience and care was tremendous. My treatment took a bit longer as I had 1 tooth that wouldn't budge, so they opted for another round of aligners to make sure they were perfect. I think others would have been sick of me by then and booted me out, but this team is so lovely. I always had a really good laugh with them and am really pleased with the results. Thank you all so much! Highly Recommended!

I’ve had such challenging experiences with dentists in the past that I developed a real phobia and avoided dental visits for several years. Every six months I visit the wonderful hygienist Karen at the Sandford. Not only does she thoroughly clean my teeth, but over the years she has given me a huge amount of advice about my dental hygiene. As a result, my teeth have never been cleaner nor in better condition. She also happens to be a truly delightful person.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Hussain. From the beginning, he was incredibly supportive and made me feel at ease. He handled my dental issue with a high level of professionalism, addressing every concern thoroughly. What I appreciated most was his communicative approach—he took the time to explain each step of the process, making sure I understood what was happening and what to expect. His friendly, talkative nature made the whole experience much more comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Hussain for anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist!

Finished my treatment plan with both Monika (Greenhithe) and Hussain (Swanscombe). Both were very professional and put me at ease if there were ever any concerns. Hussain is a fantastic dentist and I wouldn’t have any doubts in recommending him!

I've had two separate visits to Novel Dental thanks to some painful wisdom teeth, and the team all the way from the receptionist through to the Dentist and assistant have been fantastic. They make you feel at ease and are very open an honest with regards to your treatment, would like to say thanks again.

From arriving through to leaving the people here are fantastic. It's a nice, easy & relaxed atmosphere there, so much so you wouldn't know you were at the dentist until you sit in the dental chair. Kate especially makes the whole experience really pleasant. Highly recommend this practice

They made our appointments feel so friendly and calm, my kids were abit apprehensive at the beginning of the appointment; but the staff made the appointment so fun and joyful, in the end my kids wanted to stay. We visited this dental practice after my son chipped his front tooth in a fall at school. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly and calm receptionist who made us feel at ease. Our appointment started right on time, and we were greeted by the wonderful Dr. Maddy. She was amazing with my son, helping him feel comfortable and relaxed during the exam. She explained the treatment plan thoroughly and answered all our questions, making us feel fully supported. My son was genuinely happy to meet Dr. Maddy and her efficient team. I highly recommend this practice – they’re incredibly helpful, kind, and professional.

Wow I'm so impressed with the lovely dentist and her nurse. I needed a tooth extraction at the back and they did it there and then, no questions asked, they were so supportive and gentle with me as I'm super nervous of the dentist and also very needle phobic! All of the equipment is very modern and new, and the whole place is spotless. I've honestly never felt so comfortable and looked after by a dentist before and I actually look forward to going back which is a first!

I've been with the practice for probably 10 years and they're always very kind and considerate. Dr Brown is by far the best dentist I've ever had and she handles my wife who has an absolute fear being in the chair extremely patiently, along side Alice who is a fab nurse. I can't recommend this duo enough!

Another outstanding trip to the dentist :-). I've been with PMA Dental since 2017. Service and care from my previous dentist Fran was always excellent and, whilst it's sad that he's now moved on, my new dentist Sharan is also excellent. Earlier in the year I needed a filling replaced, which was done expertly, quickly and with the greatest of care. Then, just before Easter, I managed to fracture one of my premolars. Whilst I was fortunate not to be in any pain, the receptionist Alicia was nevertheless able to fit me in with Sharan very quickly. Less than a week later I have just returned with a superb repair to the tooth, once again completed with care and kindness. Thank you to everyone at PMA Dental as always :-)
