Wouldn't normally review a dentist surgery as it would be bias as I fear the places but this morning I saw Daniel for a filling on a wisdom tooth. He was very professional but also friendly, helpful and listened to my issues. Only the second time I have seen Daniel but don't be put off by his title as a dental therapist, he's better than some of the dentists I've seen in the past.

I have been using this dental practice for more than 50 years. In my opinion, they have always tried to help in times of emergency. In more recent years, Waheed has been looking after my old teeth, and his customer service is excellent. I visited today, and he was his normal happy self. Thank you, and I hope you enjoyed the cakes 🎂

We have been with Oradent for a few years now, the reception staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful, we did request to change dentist due to personal preference and our new dentist is amazing, between him and Elise (one of the receptionist) they have conquered my daughters fear of the dentist completely! Elise deserves extra credit for going above and beyond in how she has handled the whole situation and even coming out from behind the desk to talk to and comfort my daughter, the practice was quiet at the time so she wasn’t taken away from other patients but she could have just sat behind the desk and ignored my worried daughter but instead she took the time to comfort her, distract her and making the whole experience so much better, I have never had any issues with any of the reception staff at Oradent and my daughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist now what a turn around!
