We couldn’t recommend Helen highly enough. Every step of the way Helen was supportive and guided us through the whole process. After every phone call she put me at ease and I felt a sigh of relief that everything was going in the right direction. The day before our wedding, Helen met us at the venue to do a handover and from that point onwards I was able to totally relax and enjoy this special time with my husband-to-be and all of our family and friends knowing our day was in the safe hands of Helen. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. There was some confusion about the tableware which was organised by myself, however superwomen Helen took control of the situation and managed to source everything we needed the day of (with a little help from her lovely husband who was the delivery man!). I would not have known anything what had happened BTS until after the wedding, for this we are so grateful. We had the best weekend of our lives and this wouldn’t have been possible without Helen, thank you for everything!

What can I say except 'We could not have done it without Helen'!! When arranging our wedding ourselves (a garden party on our friends farm) I really needed someone the take charge of the day and Helen did not disappoint. From the beginning she was responsive, helped me find suppliers and provided invaluable advice! The day itself was a dream, EVERYTHING was looked after from decorations, keeping the bar stocked, serving drinks and food and just making sure everything ran smoothly! We had the best day. We hired Helen for our on the day coordinator for our wedding and could not have made a better decision! From the initial site visit, we could tell Helen was competent and experienced from the questions she was asking and she helped us think of things we wouldn't have otherwise. She coordinated all of the glass hire which was so helpful, and also brought lots of things for use at the wedding which helped both logistically and financially, like all of the water jugs for the tables. On the day, Helen and her staff worked extremely hard and followed all my sometimes detailed, sometimes vague, instructions. They did everything from reception drinks, lighting candles, replenishing bottles on tables, cutting and distributing cake, running the evening bar, dealing with toilet emergencies (!), coordinating with the band, and most importantly cleaning up, really well. She even made sure my and my husband's waters were always topped up and we got the cake flavour we wanted! Where she had to take initiative due to vague instructions, she did easily with no fuss, and the whole day ran very smoothly thanks to her. We also had her help for the brunch the next day where she was an absolute godsend, setting up a brunch for 50 people with just one other person. We genuinely would have struggled without her on both days. Our guests also specifically commented on how great the staff were. I highly, highly recommend to any brides (or anyone running an event) looking for help in the lead up or especially on the day of the wedding. I didn't think I needed anyone initially, and I was wrong! Hire Helen!

These guys are amazing! We just had Helen and her team at our wedding last weekend. In the run up Helen was so helpful and we had great communication. On the day, the team were so friendly and so helpful, we couldn’t fault them in the slightest. Everything ran perfectly smoothly, speaking to our guests during and after the wedding, we have had so many compliments saying it was the most well organised wedding they’d been to and that Helen’s crew were so lovely and generally just the best! They worked brilliantly with our caterer, I don’t think you’d know they were actually separate companies. They were happy to put out our snacks during the drinks reception and our evening buffet we had organised the evening before, which meant the whole wedding party could actually relax and enjoy the party. Helen was happy to order in some specific alcohol I knew us and the guests would like to drink. If I was ever planning an event I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone. Kim was fantastic, I really wanted to celebrate my 40th in style but didn’t want the stress and pressure of organising a party. Kim was highly recommended by a friend and she didn’t disappoint. Kim arranged to come to my house a few days after first contact. She came up with some fantastic ideas and had some great suppliers to hand. Kim was very efficient and always contacted me to give updates on all the arrangements and so I felt relaxed and just excited to have a 40th celebration with my friends and family, as I knew that everything was in place and being looked after. I would say that I had one of the best nights of my life and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The drink and food was flowing and we all had an absolute blast dancing the night away. The next big party will be my husbands 50th and I will certainly be contacting Kim for another stress free experience.

I am so glad I had come across Bellissima Days at a wedding fair and making a decision to book them to style our wedding! During our initial planning meeting we discussed lots of ideas and after this, they really listened, created and delivered as we were stunned with the outcome! Honestly what an absolute life saver and dream team these girls are. We were originally planning to DIY our wedding but after speaking to Dani & Issi about what they could offer it was a no brainer. The day was stress free because we didn’t have to worry about anything, and the styling and floristry were so beautifully blended because they pull the whole look together. We can't thank Dani and Issi enough for how beautiful they made our day. Choosing someone to style and provide flowers for our day was one of our biggest challenges. We found that most styling companies would give us a price list and expect us to plan our day based on that instead of actually being shown anything. We were getting quite frustrated until someone who was getting married at the same venue as us, suggested Bellissima Days! From the first email until the last everything seemed so easy! We had an initial call with the girls to discuss our theme, likes and dislikes and before we knew it we had received a vision board of our day. Once we had an idea of what we wanted, we visited the girls who had set up a table of what we had discussed and were given the chance to make any changes we wanted. It was so nice to see a snippet of our day. However, when the day finally arrived it was even better than we could imagine! It was what we had asked for and more. A few of things we would definitely recommend to anyone planning their day would be: 1.Coloured glasses are a must! Even if it is just the water glass 2.Coloured napkins add such a nice touch to your table 3.Real flowers! Walking into our ceremony room and smelling our flowers is something I will never forget. Every time I smell real flowers now just brings that day back into our mind. 4.Trust both Dani and Issi. They know what the are talking about and if you are to spend money on something on the day, make sure it's your styling and flowers. 5.Book Bellissima Days with no hesitation.You will not regret it!

Bellissima Days are amazing, they have lovely creative ideas and helped bring our wedding together. The decor at our wedding venue looked stunning and was as ascetically pleasing as we had dreamed of. The flowers and bouquets were perfect and the tables were gorgeous, we had lots of compliments. Everything ran so smoothly and it really did take away any stresses from me on the morning, we couldn't have asked for better so thank you so much.

We hired Suzanne to organise my little sisters wedding. From the outset Suzanne was absolutely charming, knowledgeable, amazingly organised and clearly passionate about what she does. She took on board all of our ideas and used her experience and expertise to bring these to fruition. She was so much fun and had so many ideas and suggestions that we hadn't even thought of. The day was absolutely beautiful we couldn't of asked for anything better. Everyone was so impressed with the attention to detail and all the little extra touches. Where do I start? . . . . . We had a lovely marquee wedding at the end of August and, to allow us to fully enjoy the day, we went looking for a wedding co-ordinator to run the day itself (as we were doing all the organising ourselves leading up to it) - what we ended up with was the Mary Poppins of wedding co-ordinators (complete with bottomless bag ready for ANY situation that may occur). Suzanne was everything we could have hoped for and more. From our first meeting with her, she presented herself as professional, experienced, dedicated and a truly lovely person to boot. While we didn't hire her services leading up to the wedding, she still made sure that she kept in touch, giving us little snippets of assistance in terms of where we were with our plans, drawing up a very comprehensive list of information to help with the structure of the day and checking in with us. Her insight when she came on a site visit was invaluable, to the point that we changed our intentions for where our guests entered (and what we finished with was truly perfect as well as feeling very natural). I was also able to reach out to Suzanne for help with other services, as her list of contacts was vast and each one with a proven track record (otherwise she wouldn't have recommended them), and it was down to her help that we were able to find a staffing agency for the waiters we needed. Her contacts also came in very, very useful as, a week before the wedding, our evening food supplier had to drop out. Suzanne was actually able to find some alternatives for us at such very late notice. Suzanne also insisted on coming onsite the day prior to the wedding to make sure that she was completely familiar with the set-up and what needed to be done the next day eg: We could set the tables up but the cutlery, crockery & glassware was arriving the morning of the wedding. When we arrived at the wedding, we were greeted by Suzanne and a member of staff with a) umbrellas (thankfully only needed for all of 5 minutes) and a drink, which was a lovely touch and epitomised the high level of excellence that Suzanne works to. We walked down the lawn to the marquee and when we got inside, it was the most incredibly magical experience - Suzanne had made sure that everything was exactly as it should be; the tables looked fantastic, the cake stand was brimming and everyone was laughing and talking with a Pimms or lemonade! Throughout the whole day, everything ran so incredibly smoothly with Suzanne's firm hand on the tiller. At no point did the service any of the staff provided seem rushed, lacking, or in any way anything other than amazing and that was down to her supervision; she had everything prepped and planned from the teapots & cake plates to the toast glasses and brownies. With a plane to catch the next day for her own 20th anniversary, Suzanne went well beyond the call of duty and at least the last hour of her time was off the clock as she just wanted to make sure that everything was sorted before she left, leaving us with so much less tidying to do ourselves the next day - it was great to see someone so invested in making your day special. Suzanne is very responsible, organised, careful and attended to all of our needs entirely, she was always aware of everything that was in the timetable, making sure everything worked fine and making the day so easy, relaxed and one memorable event. We hired lots of Ella’s items to bring our wedding vision to life and also asked her to coordinate our day at Grittenham Barn. We always say it’s the best money we spent, she set various items up for us, most notably the ceremony area, took a lovely video of everything that I cherish. We weren’t sure our venue would coordinate and didn’t think our best men and bridesmaids would do it so using Ella was just dreamy. She made everything perfect.

We booked Ella for both decor and on-the-day coordination at our wedding at Northbrook Park and we could not have been happier! She was absolutely brilliant through the whole process, accommodating our ever-changing ideas and helping us to source a few things that she didn’t stock. We met at her studio to choose decor and she really helped us to imagine how it might look on the day, making really good suggestions aligned to our style preferences. In the last few weeks before the wedding we met at the venue to do a full run-through of the day, which really helped to bring it to life in our minds. It was one of our favourite parts of the planning process. On the day, Ella did an amazing job of setting everything up so beautifully (I can’t believe she can do so much on her own!), remembering every tiny detail and making some last minute decisions where needed. The day ran so smoothly and that is entirely down to Ella’s organisation. She was on top of everything, keeping the day to schedule and letting us relax and enjoy it. We initially thought that we’d be able to manage without a coordinator but looking back we don’t know what we’d have done without Ella; we cannot recommend booking her enough.

We hired Surrey Hills Venues & Events to organise our engagement party. This was the first time we had ever used an event planner and we found the whole experience relaxing and fun. Sacha was so friendly and welcoming and understood exactly what we wanted, giving us some amazing ideas that we hadn't even thought of. A huge thank you to the team from MGN for making my 40th Birthday celebrations perfect and actually exceed my expectations. The way the dining room was dressed took me by surprise how beautiful it looked, and I had an idea of what to expect. The design, colours, use of the lights looked exquisite. I was genuinely taken back walking into that space. The concert room also looked exquisite, when I walked in after dusk, the lighting transformed that room, it was classy and intimate, perfect for my size party with all the many technical requests I made catered for. Technically you got it spot on with my many requirements. The photos looked amazing, the sound really enveloped me into my performance so I was totally focussed, and sourcing a great keyboard player was great as we got the strings supporting the piano which was one of my original aims! MGN really did make a dream come true for my 40th Birthday, and everybody there will remember it for a lifetime. Several people said it is the “best birthday party they have ever been to” - I think that says it all. Well done, and thank you!

As someone who works in events, I thought I’d be able to handle the wedding planning all on my own, but with 7 weeks to go, I panicked and reached out to Lauren at Bluebird Creative. Everything in those final 6 weeks was so smoothly run by Bluebird and then on the day, we didn’t have to think of a thing, they had it handled and fully understood our vision to make it a reality! Originally we had used Lauren's toolkit to help plan the wedding and this was extremely helpful. We knew we wanted to enjoy the day as much as possible and once we had consulted with Lauren we knew she was the perfect fit to be with us on our special day. She is super friendly, fun, organised and understood exactly how we wanted to make our day personal to us. We had to postpone due to Covid restrictions and Lauren was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. We had our final meeting with Lauren to finalise every detail of the day and we trusted her so much that we let her know what was really important to us and then gave her free reign and creative control over how everything else was laid out through the venue. We trusted that with her amazing creative eye she would make the place look magical with what we provided. On the day Lauren and Louise did the most amazing job organising suppliers, setting up and making sure everything ran smoothly. If anything went wrong on the day, we had no idea as Lauren and Louise had everything under control, they were so calm and friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble. When we came into the Great Hall after our ceremony and saw how they had laid out the tables, we were delighted, it was better than we had imagined and it looked amazing. We would highly recommend Bluebird Creative to anyone looking to have an amazing team with them who really ensure that your special day is individual to you. They truly care about each individual couple and making the day the best it can be, this shows in their work and we had so many compliments throughout the day from guests about how great they were. Where do I start! Lauren & her team were amazing from start to finish and our Wedding wouldn't have been the same without her! I used Bluebird Creative for the 'month of' wedding co-ordination and Lauren met us at the venue to run through every bit of detail we wanted on the day. She then took over all the suppliers we'd booked and created an amazing timeline. She was there all day on the Wedding day and was always checking in on me and my husband and her attention to detail was amazing. We had so many comments from family and friends to say how great she was too! I honestly don't think the day would have been the same without her and it took so much pressure off of me as the bride knowing that everything was going just the way we wanted it and no problem was too big for her!
