What an absolute gem of a place. Great food, lovely staff, and fantastic value for money. Strongly recommend a few things, including the baked camembert board, the chicken and egg (which was utterly incredible - so many flavours and textures), and the lobster croquettes. We had five sharing plates, a dessert each, and a cocktail each. Came to £100. Absolute bargain for the quality.

Wonderful, delicious choice of small plates. Hard to choose a favourite but the pig cheek bourguinon is up there. Would recommend over-ordering to try as many dishes as possible and graze away. Great service too.

First visit and definitely won't be the last! What a gem of a place. I'd forgotten how much I liked Horsforth. We booked for a late Sunday lunch at 4pm. We arrived early and were seated straight away. Friendly, personable young man waited on our table. We had 2 courses, drinks and coffee. 'Hollyflower Cheese' was absolutely scrummy.😋 Restaurant not too busy. Great music in the background. Thank you.😋

Leeds have Gaucho is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with a warm, vibrant atmosphere that instantly sets the tone for a memorable dining experience. The service is impeccable — attentive without being overbearing, and the staff is genuinely knowledgeable about the menu. As for the food, it’s next level. The steaks we had were cooked to perfection, each one bursting with flavor and tenderness that’s hard to beat!! The sides, from creamy mashed potatoes to perfectly charred vegetables, are just as impressive. I also highly recommend their cocktails, which complement the meal perfectly. The ambiance is stylish but welcoming, making it a great spot for both special occasions and a laid-back evening out. Overall, a flawless experience that earns a solid 10/10!

The Wife and I recently visited and shared The Gaucho Sampler sharing board. At the time of posting this was £130 and included 1.2kg of meat across four cuts; fillet, rump, sirloin and ribeye. All meat was cooked Medium Rare (as recommended). The food quality and presentation was exceptional and definitely on par with some of the best steakhouse restaurants we have visited elsewhere in the country. We felt the service was "ok" but not worth the 12.5% discretionary tip that was on our bill at the end. To reflect this, we reduced the tip to just under 10%. The atmosphere was nice but not as good as other steakhouse restaurants we have visited elsewhere in the country; whether this is due to the fact we visited on a week night is hard to tell but it was still a nice evening with candles lit on tables and background music playing.

Wow. This is definitely a must go to steak place. I recommend the provoleta and churrasco lomo. Service was amazing from walking into the restaurant I was greeted and offered to take my coat and a pre drink prior to the meal. Max behind the bar was great at recommending the best wine and mocktails they had available. Will be definitely coming back in the near future.

From walking in the door, the service was excellent. The staff could not have been more kind and caring. The dining room is very comfy, and the table was set away from others enough to be able to talk to each other without noticing any noise from others around. Drinks were delivered quickly, and we were given time to view our menu and make our choices. Staff came to show us the different cuts of meat and explained more about them. The food was exceptional, and the service was just as great. We will definitely be back. I Recomed the fillet steak, (medium)mash, and the red wine jus. 5+ stars.

Can't stop eating here, I could stay there all day, It's a really nice place with top quality food and great value. The steak and Wine deal is one of our faves at the moment but finally ticked breakfast off today and it was amazing

Best roast I’ve had in Leeds and they do a dog roast dinner. Staff couldn’t do enough for you and were super friendly and welcoming. Cannot wait to return. What a spot ❤️ feel lucky that this is around the corner.

I stopped for a quick lunch break. The best beef stew I had in a long time. The portion is filing, the ingredients are fresh. Lovely and caring staff, attention to details and fantastic vibrant atmosphere. I can’t wait to take my friends, will surely be back.

First time using this takeaway tonight , very lovely lady served me and advised me on different dishes and what was in them as I'm use to the traditional Chinese takeaway, I got the yellow curry with chicken ,it tasted beautiful though a little sweet for me but I enjoyed it , chips and rice very nice too , my only disappointment was the curry sauce was like coloured water would be a lot nicer thicker, I was not expecting it that thin .

Food is authentic and amazing with a wide variety for both vegetarian and meat eaters alike. the only down side is they don't deliver to my postcode which is only 10 minutes away

We tried Mekhong River for the first time today. We had two chicken curries ( yellow & jungle) from the Happy Hour menu. Absolutely no complaints at all. To be recommended. Just made our latest visit to pick up our Christmas Eve dinner. They smashed it. Best start to a Christmas Eve evening for a long time. Two different curries and a noodle dish. Exceptional. We come here quite often and been tonight with family for my son and husbands birthdays. It was a brilliant friendly service despite how busy they were. Nothing was too much and the food was very nice and piping hot and we all enjoyed it. Thank you Carla and Ellie.

I came here for a work Christmas lunch. Had a lovely prawn cocktail for starters and hand carved turkey dinner for the main course. The food was really nice, and the staff were very friendly. Had a great time.
