Gluten free pizza!!! 🍕🍕🍕 🤩 So happy we have found this gem! My husband is coeliac and finding gluten free pizza is not easy. He says it’s the best pizza he’s ever had. The base was lovely and soft. Thank you for catering gluten free options 🙌

Just bought 3 pizzas and 3 slices of chocolate cake from here… sensational! My pizza was gluten free I cannot begin to describe how good it was, this is the best pizza I’ve had since discovering I was celiac 10 years ago, I nearly cried tears of joy. My family has the regular gluten pizza, they said it was amazing pizza. This is now our go to place for pizza

Atmosphere lovely. They asked if the music levels were too loud or quiet, and adjusted the noise levels. The waiter asked me if I needed halal, I didn't but nice that he asked. Food was reasonably priced

Came here today with my family and we loved it. The food was delicious! We had a young waitress who was very attentive to our needs, lovely atmosphere downstairs in the restaurant. I would definitely come again!

Nice ambience and welcoming with live music. Busy yet managed to get a table for 4 and highchair. The service was great! Very quick in serving the food. Dishes were mostly good, may be a bit underseasoned to our taste. We tried the meatball, chicken chorizo, potato aubergine and fried calamari. The tapas portions were good. The meatball was bit dry and crumbly for us today. Rest were enjoyable.

Wow, I was really surprised how much I enjoyed everything about this restaurant. A delightful setting and ambience, followed by the most delicious food. Our USA friend really enjoyed his steak, as we all did, and the wine and the service was fantastic. We will be back.

Outstanding service from all the staff,specially Julliano ,made us feel so welcomed and appreciated! All the food was exceptional,however the stake was a bit chewy compared with other times (it might have been the cut of meat).The gamberoni picante were delicious and probably my favourite part of the meal. The lamb chops were excellent and perfect cooked and seasoned. Thank you so much for the birthday lovely limoncello shots,perfect ending of a wonderful meal!

Long time not here. Ordered my usual double ribs starter and cheese garlic bread as a main. Grand but the BBQ "sauce" portion management team must have been working tonight 🤣🤣. In all seriousness, not the cheapest, but you pay for what you get. One of the best meals we've had in quite a while

The food here is really delicious, very much a dependable choice in Huddersfield. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Despite being on the top floor on our own we never felt abandoned at all. Look forward to coming again, and highly recommend to anyone who likes authentic Lebanese food.

Been a few times for work Christmas meals and I have never been disappointed. Food is always hot and tasty and the service is great. A mistake by our group in the order was rectified by the staff with no issues, even though it wasn't thier mistake. Price is very reasonable and the food is of a good standard.

Food was amazing, authentic lebanese dishes. Had the lamb and chicken mixed shawarma with the garlic sauce, unreal. Even the pizza is delicious, crispy and perfect. Service was amazing, we were welcomed as soon as we walked in, atmosphere is very cosy! Modern but still a warm, traditional space. If you decide to go make sure to try the traditional knafe, we finished 4 plates!!

Don't know why it's taken me so long to go. Went on a Monday early evening 5.15pm was pleasantly surprised 30+ diners must be a good sign the restaurant is great. Friendly attentive staff, lots of choice of dishes would definitely recommend and I'll be coming back.

Really packed & busy place. Credit to the staff who manage it all very well. The staff here are amazing: engaging, courteous, accommodating & friendly. The food is nice, although a little hit and miss sometimes. Some dishes are great. Always great quality however with some dishes the flavour isn't quite there. Still, we will be back again. Car parking can be an issue as its quite small for the size of the restaurant. Overall a positive experience, worth a visit.

We have been going here for at least 18 years. We've always had fantastic service, excellent food and a good atmosphere. The price is very reasonable for the amount of food you get.

There were 8 of us who were there to celebrate a milestone wedding anniversary. The food was excellent, especially the lamb chops! The service was attentive and smiley.

Went for lunch with friends. Good selection of food ,(with large and smaller portions for most items). We all had the smaller portions and they were ample. Also had the desert which was large 😋. Will definitely be going back

Very nice location overlooking the valley. The food was of a high quality and the service attentive but not intrusive. The best of both worlds for us! We would definitely recommend a visit, but call ahead to book as it is very popular. When we're back in the area we will try to revisit.

We found this hidden gem after a long travel on the motorway. Almost didn't want to write this review as don't want to share my new favourite secret restaurant! The best fish and chips in the UK by fat- and the coconut cheesecake is perfection. Never fails to impress this place.

Vudu restaurant and bar Huddersfield.. First time... On entering the Establishment the decor and atmosphere was very comforting . Myself and my family of 4 was nicely and sincerely greeted by a awaiting member of staff, We were seated at waiting room for our table which was getting prepared for us. After receiving our table. we were given the menus and had a tour of the drinks and food so we can get the right drinks to go with our food (which was very professional). After ordering food and drinks, the starter's with drinks firstly I/we were truly impressed with the quality and taste of the jungle rib and bao buns as they were flavourful and made to perfection (I am a very picky eater). Going ahead to the main[as was my 🎂birthday]. I got lobster (which is really easy to mess up) and it perfectly cooked and seasoned. I had a very pleasant surprise that my children and staff secretly did an amazing job on wishing me a happy birthday.I received a molten lava cake with candle sparkler and a birthday song which I wasn't prepared for..but All in All I had a amazing time and will definitely visit again. I sincerely Thank the staff and especially the ladies who were the chefs to the experience..Keep up the good work really appreciate it.

The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the lobster tail, which was cooked to perfection—flavorful, tender, and simply divine. Paired with the red tiger prawns, each bite was a delicious reminder of why seafood can be so exquisite. To complement my meal, I ordered the frozen strawberry cocktail, and let me tell you, it was to die for! Refreshingly sweet and perfectly blended, it added a delightful touch to the evening. Had an amazing time at Vudu in Huddersfield! The place has such a vibrant, aesthetic vibe. We were greeted by the owner, Dilly, which made us feel super welcome right from the start. The food presentation was on point, and honestly, everything we had was 10/10. No complaints at all! The steak was cooked to perfection—couldn’t have asked for better. The bartender really knew what he was doing, whipping up some fantastic halal mocktails. The servers were so attentive, and it was great getting to chat with the chefs too. Oh, and I have to mention the homemade deconstruction cheesecake—it was to die for! Plus, the menu was very reasonably priced, especially for the quality of food. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

My husband and I had a lovely time at Vudu, we both felt the service was 10/10 and appreciated how accommodating the staff were. They made sure we were comfortable (even brought the portable fire place close to us!) and checked in throughout. The atmosphere is super cosy, definitely a great place for a quiet dinner date! Our favourites were the chilli chicken and the viral pistachio kunafa chocolate!

We broke down on the M62 and AA took 8 hours to reach us so this pub was a saviour for us. They welcomed us in, provided a complementary cup of tea and kept us warm, dry and satisfied. The staff were incredibly understanding and kind and the food was lovely. Placed to charge our phones, nice music and warming fires. This place completely saved our sanity and I don’t know how we would have managed without! Many thanks to all of the staff.

Ordered a 3 course meal, after waiting 20 mins between main and dessert, asked the waitress.....it gets put 'on hold' till you actually ask for it.....not a problem if you are au fait with this rule.

TLDR: Lovely, dog-friendly and homely place to drink and eat from an ever-popular Vintage Inn brand. Great food and drink and a lovely atmosphere. Away from the main roads, but next to the motorway (so you can hear the hum of that when outside) is this lovely pub! Step in and you feel like you’re in a modern Yorkshire pub. There’s decent ales, cocktails and wines on offer, lots of choice. Theres bar snacks aplenty and then there’s the main food. The layout is comprised of three main areas: Bar with ample seating, casual dining Mid restaurant near an open fire (closer to the bar, more casual) Main restaurant in the converted barn (slightly more formal, but still casual) The food is superb, especially for the price. Expect around £20-£30 a head with a simple drink (don’t be saying I didn’t get the average right when you’re buying a £10 cocktail too 😂) The Arancini is a lovely starter full of flavour, and so is the garlic button mushroom dish. The penang curry with chicken or whatever you like actually is flavoursome, fruity, and floral with the jasmine rice. Steaks are always cracking quality for the price, as is gammon and fish and chips. For desert, we’ve had brownie, crumbles, ice creams…all of them actually. The flower pot is fun and novel and very tasty too! Don’t forget to get the app and collect rewards; they are good (like £10 off food after two visits!) Hopefully you found this helpful! Serves at the table. Homely atmosphere. Great food. Cost us £43 for 2 courses of menu and 2 pints and 2 soft drink at lunch. If you go out these days you need to make sure you get a good place and this is one of them. Have to say wine was a bit pricey for a pub.

Excellent value good quality food and generous portions. The service was good and friendly, only marked down because of a couple of small mistakes. Lighting was a tiny bit low. Really lovely evening all together.
