Authentic Lebanese cuisine in downtown Huddersfield. This was a great time. The food was delicious, the wine was flowing and the company was excellent. The atmosphere was top notch and the staff were just so friendly. We will be back.

The food here is really delicious, very much a dependable choice in Huddersfield. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Despite being on the top floor on our own we never felt abandoned at all. Look forward to coming again, and highly recommend to anyone who likes authentic Lebanese food.

Don't know why it's taken me so long to go. Went on a Monday early evening 5.15pm was pleasantly surprised 30+ diners must be a good sign the restaurant is great. Friendly attentive staff, lots of choice of dishes would definitely recommend and I'll be coming back.

Food was amazing, authentic lebanese dishes. Had the lamb and chicken mixed shawarma with the garlic sauce, unreal. Even the pizza is delicious, crispy and perfect. Service was amazing, we were welcomed as soon as we walked in, atmosphere is very cosy! Modern but still a warm, traditional space. If you decide to go make sure to try the traditional knafe, we finished 4 plates!!

Pop in here from time to time as we live just down the road. Chips are always nice. My Wife likes the fish, and I usually get battered sausage. Batter is always golden, crunchy, and never overcooked. Staff are friendly and always have a chat while preparing your order. Proper local community fish shop.

Best chippy I’ve had for ages! The lady serving was lovely, the portions are really generous, the quality was amazing and the curry sauce was unreal 🤤🤤. Cheap as chips too! (Excuse the pun) 10/10.

I've been buying fish and chips here for years. I've moved around the country on occasion but my mum lives round the corner so I've managed to carry on stuffing my face occasionally. I'm moving to Scotland so my visits will be a lot less frequent but I'll be back, and if it's a quiet lunchtime it'll be nice to have a chat and catch up.

We were a large party of 11 so between us we tried most of the dishes on the menu and no one was disappointed - the Lamb dish was particularly mentioned as being excellent. Service was good and thanks to Cloe for being friendly and efficient.

I’ve been here a few times as I live locally. Fantastic spot. Most recently dined on a Friday night with my girlfriend. Service was very good considering a very busy atmosphere. The food is fantastic, a wide variety including vegetarian and GF. I am a big fan of the small plate sizes and feel that 5/6 is perfect for 2 people. You also don’t feel like you’re missing out as you can try bits of everything. Personal favourite is always the pork belly here, definitely recommend! 100% worth a trip. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere for a Sunday afternoon was cheerful and lively. The venue itself is also stunning inside. The standout dish for me was the cauliflower buffalo wings. I didn't expect to like them so much. The tuna was also incredible, I would highly recommend it and the paprika fish had such a good flavour. For deserts I can highly recommend the panna cotta and the key lime pie. I doubt there is a dish on the menu that would be a let down. The chefs know their food.

Food is great, if somewhat overpriced. 10/10 recommend the hanging kebabs. It always seems quiet when we visit, but we rarely visit at peak times. Food takes quite a while to come out so be prepare for the wait! Solid 9/10 The staff man openly lied to a little old lady about the location of a nearby business. /(so minus one star for him)

Hamburger meat is tipisch for UK ( like frozen that is very fast unfrozen and grilled )

Forget the dogs on the street, this is where the cool cats meet. It's the drink my chic and I did seek. White Zombies did not contain meat. Alcoholic tastes like a treat, when serving with a little sweet. Ask for Joe, you'll feel heat. Top cocktail skills you will not beat.

We've been there a number of times in the past and chose to go today (Boxing Day) with the whole family to have a lovely meal and save ourselves the trouble of cooking and having to clean up. We weren't disappointed, great service and fantastic food. Will defiantly be going back again

Ordered a 3 course meal, after waiting 20 mins between main and dessert, asked the waitress.....it gets put 'on hold' till you actually ask for it.....not a problem if you are au fait with this rule.

TLDR: Lovely, dog-friendly and homely place to drink and eat from an ever-popular Vintage Inn brand. Great food and drink and a lovely atmosphere. Away from the main roads, but next to the motorway (so you can hear the hum of that when outside) is this lovely pub! Step in and you feel like you’re in a modern Yorkshire pub. There’s decent ales, cocktails and wines on offer, lots of choice. Theres bar snacks aplenty and then there’s the main food. The layout is comprised of three main areas: Bar with ample seating, casual dining Mid restaurant near an open fire (closer to the bar, more casual) Main restaurant in the converted barn (slightly more formal, but still casual) The food is superb, especially for the price. Expect around £20-£30 a head with a simple drink (don’t be saying I didn’t get the average right when you’re buying a £10 cocktail too 😂) The Arancini is a lovely starter full of flavour, and so is the garlic button mushroom dish. The penang curry with chicken or whatever you like actually is flavoursome, fruity, and floral with the jasmine rice. Steaks are always cracking quality for the price, as is gammon and fish and chips. For desert, we’ve had brownie, crumbles, ice creams…all of them actually. The flower pot is fun and novel and very tasty too! Don’t forget to get the app and collect rewards; they are good (like £10 off food after two visits!) Hopefully you found this helpful! We had the pleasure of dining here on Saturday night, and from the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by an incredibly kind and attentive young man. He immediately made us feel at home, graciously showing us to our table and even taking care of our coats with a smile. The service throughout the evening was impeccable—thoughtful, efficient, and genuinely friendly. As for the food, it was absolutely delightful—each dish was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. This dining experience truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this gem of a restaurant—it’s a must-visit!

Great pub! Friendly staff, friendly cat, comfortable seating, real fire & a good selection of beers. A real 'locals' place but really welcoming to everyone... What more could you want? If you're lucky and visit on a Wednesday evening, you may meet DJ Tony C, founder of the now famous "I love Wednesday" club, who plays classic tracks from the jukebox for your added entertainment. When he smiles he lights up the room, he's even more beautiful on the inside as he is on the outside.
