Loved it. From the front, you would never believe this pub. Massive back garden, huge covered area with two large screen TVs . Another covered area plus tons of seating in the uncovered garden area. There is an outside bar and plenty of staff around to look after you. Food is available and prices are fair for the area. It has a nice ambience, lively music playing in the back ground, nice crowd, definitely a place you could bring your kids or your granny. Plenty of younger people there, having a good time but being respectful. Inside the pub is oldy worldy but has a charm. As the day was a pleasant one, most people were enjoying the autumn sunshine. First visit here but will return. Staff were friendly, food came up in good time and was good quality.

What do you look for in a English country pub? Banter from raucous locals? Awesome ale? Historic decorations? This place, it has it all. It also has a new Spring food menu, 2 courses for £25 or 3 for £30. The food is a classic pub affair with a touch of flair. So come, enjoy the beer garden or sit indoors and indulge your senses in the splendid English atmosphere. Update, they now have sensational Smoke House food. 25 of your English pounds will buy enough cooked meat to feed a small village.

An absolutely outstanding pub! While it can get busy at times, the exceptional service from the superb managers and amazing staff truly stands out. The food is not only delicious but also very reasonably priced. This place is a gem, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

We came here for lunch. It's just steps away from the Sunday market. The staff greeted us and got us a seat right away. I had bangers and mesh, it's delicious. I noticed the people seated next to us had the Sunday roast with chicken, it looks good too. There's additional seating outside in a private courtyard.

Had a last minute Sunday meal at the Farmhouse today and was very impressed! Fast service, tasty food which was piping hot. Very attentive staff without being overbearing. Family friendly, highly recommend, just a shame we couldn’t stay longer.

We visited today for Sunday lunch and was not disappointed! We sat outside on the terrace in the shade which was very pleasant. Our server Damian was absolutely marvellous! He was so attentive and thoughtful! He heard my 4 year daughter say she wanted a Yorkshire pudding but she doesn’t eat roast dinner so when her sausage chips came out she was super excited to see a giant Yorkshire on her plate. This made me super emotional as its little touches like this that mean so much. He was patient and great with our kids and I am even got an extra Yorkshire because I didn’t get own that last time I was at an elite pub. The food was delicious, the children’s came out with our starters and our main came out shortly after and was piping hot and very much enjoyed by myself and my husband. All in all a wonderful experience and would highly recommend and are sure to come back soon. Thank you to Damien and all the staff

Our friends were of the same opinion and I've already booked our next lunch together and we'll be bringing our miniature Schnauzers this time. This pub is fairly local to me and I havnt a clue why I hadn't been here before. It's a fantastic pub. Great food, beautiful inside especially all the Xmas light, I sat in the stable restaurant this time. The staff are so lovely and friendly..and chatty and attentive to your every needs. 10/10 from me! Love it..

This pub dates back to 1378. It’s a low beamed building so watch your head. Menu was good and food delicious. Staff helpful and friendly. There was a real fireplace burning. It’s a very kids friendly and dog friendly place. Customer car park round the back and beer garden for warmer months.

We spent Christmas Day at The Angel. We had such a lovely time. The 3 course food was excellent and the service was so aware this enabled us to relax and enjoy. We were the last to leave as we were having such a good time. The stable area was decorated amazingly and set out to make the Christmas spirit. Well done and thank you.

What an absolutely fantastic place to drink in, friendly, warm, we was still welcome even with tracksuit bottoms on. We visited twice in the evening before and after our greesy chinese. Great selection of drinks, will be back. 👍

A lovely traditional pub. We held a wake for my late father there yesterday. Trevor and his staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. They my made a great buffet, set out the photos of my dad before we arrived and were brilliant throughout. If you're looking for a venue in West Malling for a family celebration, or a good pint in peaceful surroundings, the Bull is the place.

I described this to a friend as a proper pub 'pub' ! By chance, I was there for the Ukelele group night and joined in for a sing-along! Great fun. Then, on a next visit, I just happened to be there for their quiz night. When I get the chance, I will make it a regular place to visit. I did not have food, so I could not comment, but the service was good and a lovely atmosphere! There is a public car park opposite.
