Huw has done amazing work for us one early Saturday morning when we woke up to find a big leak. Felt like we were in good hands from the first communication. Proved equally trustworthy and skilled. Worked efficiently, attention to detail, left clean and tidy. Work was at the highest standards. Will keep him in our books and we would warmly recommend him to others.

Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

We had Home Heroes recommended to us and they certainly did not disappoint. Matt, Mark and Owen moved our boiler from its original cupboard to a much more suitable location dismantling an old shower and partition wall in the process and fitted all new radiators. Everything was explained clearly from start to finish and the pricing was very reasonable. They were all very professional and tidied up at the end of each day's work. A pleasure to have working in our home they get 5* from us. Looking forward to them coming back to do the bathrooms next. 😊

What can I say, great customer service - Family run business. Very knowledgeable, service and of parts, with cost. Extremely easy to get an appointment, regardless of how busy Home Heroes are, thank you. The Plumber who attended site, was easy to talk to, distilling confidence, keen to talk through what he will be doing and why. Quick repair/replacement of Shower Thermostat/Valve. Billing is so easy and reasonably priced, quick to do. I was emailed a receipt for payment, which I thoroughly appreciated. I for one, will be back and anyone reading this review who is looking for a plumber, look no further, you get what you pay for quality of service from inception to completion A***..... I can recommend this company 100%. Kenny is a real expert at both plumbing and (complex) Wifi-based smart heating systems. Ken has done various plumbing work for me over the years, and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Most recently he installed a Wiser system in my house and it works amazingly. I can highly recommend this company. They replaced 2 pitch fibre drains while I was away at a very reasonable price and have just come back to replace the concrete surround which was damaged while the work took place. I only reported it this morning and the works was completed by early afternoon. Impressive!

I'm surprised to see this negative review based on how I parked my work van as it is in a private space which the owner allows me to park. I always make sure to park in a designated space within the parking area. The space on the left next to where I parked my van is not an actual parking spot, but rather a pass through area meant for vehicle access. Vehicles are not supposed to park in that space since doing so blocks access for the residents who own those parking spaces. I always make every effort to park considerately within the designated privately owned spaces. Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any concerns I can put you in contact with the owner of the space I utilised correctly and a copy of the official parking layout by the land owner.

Martin and Toby serviced the boiler when my Dad moved into his new house, remedying leaks and solving an issue with the expansion vessel which was causing the system to lose pressure. This was all squeezed in and completed quickly and efficiently in the day before Martin was due to go off on holiday. They then fitted a Nest thermostat so replace the unfathomable programmer on the boiler and so the heating would function autonomously, knowing if dad was at home or not. Most recently Dad pulled on a radiator and caused a leak, which was resolved on the next working day. It is reassuring to have friendly, responsive people on hand. Great comms throughout.

Total Energy Services have carried out various works for me including oil boiler servicing and emergency work to clear a blockage in my hot water system. On all occasions the engineers have been friendly and polite. They also take the time to explain what work they are doing and why. They are a highly efficient company which I highly recommend.

Pretty good service we had an oil boiler installed had a Few problem with the boiler not total energy fault but they sorted Pretty quickly. My only gripe is total energy have no emergency call out. So like us if something goes wrong at night or the weekend you have to call someone else out. So be prepared for this. Total energy you need to introduce a call out engineer.

Total Energy serviced our boiler last year and couldn’t fault the service. Today after having a smart meter fitted by another company they found a gas leak and shut us off. I contacted the office and spoke to Matt who arranged for an engineer to pop over to have a look. The engineer managed to fix the problem and got us back up and running. Apologies I didn’t catch his name. Really appreciated, especially as it was late on a Friday afternoon when they were supposed to be finishing. 100% recommend. Excellent service and friendly staff
