Today we had all of the gas pipes in our home replaced and rerouted by Sam. This was not a small job, lifting floor etc! I was really impressed with the work that Sam did but also how he did it! He was clean and tidy throughout the whole day cleaning up after himself as he moved from one area in the house to the other! He also completed the work on time and budget as we agreed. Good trades people are not easy to find! I would highly recommend Farnham Plumbing &Heating to anyone.

We have used Sam for a couple of years now, for several jobs. Last major job was to replace 7 old radiators with new, modern ones. Sam has always been great. Gets the job done, with no fuss and at a good price. He is always tidy and thoughtful. And a lovely guy. Highly recommended, with no hesitation.

Sam has installed a new boiler for us and replaced taps on our sink. He is very professional - his plumbing is extremely neat and he is really quick. He seems very knowledgeable about the many different aspects of his job. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Friendly and efficient service from Sam and his team. Reasonable quote and well explained at every step of a boiler replacement requiring relocation and significant replumbing. There were some hitches on the way due to the age of the central heating system, but nothing to stop the guys getting the job done in a day. There was one minor issue needing Sam back but that was dealt with quickly and apologetically. We've not had the greatest of experiences with plumbers historically, but would thoroughly recommend Sam for any scale of work required.

Ken has done various plumbing work for me over the years, and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Most recently he installed a Wiser system in my house and it works amazingly. Takes the time to explain everything, is super-reliable, fair with his pricing, tidy in the way he works and clears up at the end of the job, understanding and really has the customer in mind throughout. After 3 price quotes across three different boiler installers, these guys were the best price by a few hundred quid despite being 30 miles away from my house. Very happy with works - all done with no mess in 1 day and took the old boiler away. Nice polite blokes and did a great job. Would definately use again. 10/10.

When our boiler failed during the coldest part of January, RP Plumbing and Heating were very helpful and arranged to install a new boiler within days. Their customer service was excellent, the price was very competitive and they turned up when they said they would, completing the job within the day. Had to call Dan as we suddenly had no water and the plumber we normally use wasn’t available. He called back almost immediately then came round, investigated and sorted the problem really quickly. I phoned Dan on a Saturday when I had a water leak. Due to other commitments he couldn't visit, but he took the time time to talk me through how to fix myself. When I had a separate problem with the loo, he was the first person I called. He came around the same day and did an excellent job. Top bloke!

I booked my boiler service with Chris (like last year) and asked if he could fit a new tap in my kitchen too. Tap fitted, boiler serviced, fault found and rectified all in the same day. Fantastic company, really brilliant and friendly service . All staff I dealt with went to extra trouble to solve my boiler and hot water tank issues promptly, in one case staying until eight pm to finish the job. Every time I have used them, work and repairs have been scheduled quickly, despite the extra distance they had to travel, and regular updates provided so we didn’t need to wait home all day. Pretty good service we had an oil boiler installed had a Few problem with the boiler not total energy fault but they sorted Pretty quickly. My only gripe is total energy have no emergency call out. So like us if something goes wrong at night or the weekend you have to call someone else out. So be prepared for this. Total energy you need to introduce a call out engineer.

Total Energy serviced our boiler last year and couldn’t fault the service. Today after having a smart meter fitted by another company they found a gas leak and shut us off. I contacted the office and spoke to Matt who arranged for an engineer to pop over to have a look. The engineer managed to fix the problem and got us back up and running. Apologies I didn’t catch his name. Really appreciated, especially as it was late on a Friday afternoon when they were supposed to be finishing. 100% recommend. Excellent service and friendly staff

Totally happy with this service/repair on my macerator from the very pleasant and helpful woman on the end of the phone to the lovely man Jon who came to do the job.
