So glad to have found Keith since moving to the area. He's always been quick to respond to my calls and the work done for us so far (install outside tap, replace boiler fan, new stopcock, leaking toilet.) has been top quality. Also, he's just a really nice guy to deal with. Already lined him up to replace some radiators for us. Highly recommend.

Dan came out at short notice at the weekend and investigated a leak under our house. It turned out to be a big job but Dan sorted it with the utmost professionalism. Absolutely no problem with recommending Dan who is also a really nice guy. 5 stars all round.

We had a new toilet/shower room built from scratch and Dan did a great job from start to finish. He gave recommendations on products and also provided various design suggestions whilst in the process of doing the work. Jack did a great job and he knew exactly what to do right from the start. He seemed a very knowledgeable chap and nothing appeared to be a problem. He kept the work area very clean and left no mess. I thank the company for their swift action in obtaining a replacement boiler following their decision to do so. The boiler is operating very well, better than the previous one ever did!

Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. I thoroughly recommend 'The Plumberman'. An efficient, prompt and very friendly service. I had a blocked/leaking bathroom sink waste pipe. I made contact just before the Bank Holiday and Malcolm kept me fully informed as to his availability and arrived exactly when he said he would just days later. As an OAP choosing specific trades can be daunting, but this firm has been amazing, treating me with kindness, courtesy and efficiency going above and beyond to ensure all is satisfactory at fair prices too. Vince Max Jake Ben have been fantastic,even juggling rota in a very hectic time to ensure I wasn't without heating or hot water.
