I have used this company several times now over a few years. Always very professional and brilliant staff who tell you exactly what they are doing. Today they were with me within a couple of hours and job done. Won’t hesitate to use again if need to.

As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. Their service and value is second to none and I don’t feel the need to go elsewhere else. Friendly and fast service (sometimes the same day). I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Can’t recommend this company enough. Contacted Ian last night & he came this morning to treat an ant infestation in my garden. Very reliable, knowledgeable & polite & friendly. Called Ian at Cedar pest control due to an infestation of wasps/nest in out bay window. Ian was very prompt and arrived the following day to reaolve the issue. He has great knowledge and experience and would not hesitate to use him again.

We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. David at Pestek was knowledgeable and helpful about our pest issue and was able to book me in even though it was the week before Christmas. During the consultation phone call I mentioned that there were pets at the property. They were taken into consideration when planning the pest trapping which was great as I felt happy knowing that they weren’t going to get into trouble or be harmed. David came out to check the traps regularly and was always responsive to any questions that I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pestek for any pest control needs.

Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies. Had a wasp nest problem so gave Sykes Pest Control a call. They went to my property the same day whilst I was at work and found the nest and neutralised it. Very quick and very efficient service. Definitely recommend

Fantastic professional service. Rats were getting into the wall cavities via a hole in the neighbours house. Surekill dealt with everything and spoke with the neighbour to get them on board with the issue, and got them to consult with their landlord to get the hole blocked up. They have pencilled in a follow up call to lay the poison and also check with the neighbour to ensure the landord will fill in the hole and prevent them coming back. Great service.
