We cannot recommend Simon highly enough! When we first discovered signs of a rat in the cavities of our home, Simon promptly arranged an initial visit to assess the situation. His knowledge, professionalism, and thorough approach were immediately evident, and he gave us clear advice on how he would address the problem. When the situation escalated he responded within minutes of our call, the rat entered our living space with children present. Highly recommend. Simon came out and assessed the damage in my loft caused by the infestation of birds. He was very polite & professional and explained what needed to be done. We arranged a date for the works to be carried out, Simon arrived on time and did an amazing job removing all the debris and leaving everywhere clean and tidy.

Simon was absolutely brilliant! We (unfortunately) needed his help with a rodent problem under our kitchen units. We called Simon who promptly arrived to investigate. His calm, professional manner along with his knowledge and expertise soon had the area surveyed and a plan of action put in place. He returned on a further three occasions until he was happy that no further activity was taking place and he was able to seal the identified areas and thoroughly clean and disinfect the area.
