Had some great feedback from some clients regarding M J Backhouse for a job i had asked them to do. The issue was dealt with promptly with great communication which has been appreciated by myself,and the clients. and they could not be happier with the fast results. looking forward to working with them in the future, its nice to receive good feedback for a contractors.

I had an issue with pigeons nesting and making all a lot of mess and noise loudly cooing all day and night on the inaccessible veranda/roof area of my top floor flat. Mr Blackhouse & son came to inspect then a few days later to clear the area and set up spikes and netting. They were super friendly and respectful of my home, came on time and got the job done in short time. Afterwards I inspected their work. The whole area was clean and the netting looks very neat as you can see in the picture. That was around a week ago and I have not heard or seen a pigeon out there since. Would happily use them again and I can highly recommend their services.

Would highly recommend, they responded quickly and were very professional. The engineer even checked my drains outside to rule out any access points. Poison was placed and after 2 days the noises in the loft stopped. 2more check visits confirmed we were clear. Great service & very helpful !!!

Very thorough and honest. I only had to pay the call-out fee as no bugs were found. I was relieved and thankful. Very polite and friendly staff with lots of knowledge.
