Phoned up on Tuesday about a wasps nest above the bathroom ceiling - spoke to John on the phone who was very helpful, organised for someone to come round the next day while I was at work to treat the nest. Super quick, friendly and helpful service, good communication and at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

Viking came round on request to give me a quote for some bird proofing around the solar panels. The gave advise and explained what materials and method they would use and how long the job would take in a very friendly and approachable manner. They arrived on the day as stated, on time and ready to go. They are very professional and have all the right equipment to complete the task safely and to a very high standard and left the site in a clean state with no damage. The job was completed and very much to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company for any work regarding pest control with full confidence. Great Job guys, thank you

Great service! I contacted Viking Pest Control regarding some pigeons making my brand new solar panels their home. Tom was quick to respond and came to look the same day. A quote was then sent a few days later! After accepting the quote Tom got me booked in quite quickly so the pigeons couldn't do much more damage and was very good at updating me on times they would be arriving/any information I needed to know. Tom and his brother John arrived promptly and were very friendly. The job was done in a few hours and they have done a great/clean/professional job! Would recommend to anyone in need of pest control!

Liam was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the issue with mice and was very thorough with his checks and work, reassuring me, and giving me piece of mind about the most humane way to deal with the issue. We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. On contacting this company a lovely gentleman called Andy called later in the day to see what our problem was. He was most thorough and explained everything we needed to know. After doing what was required on a first visit a follow up appointment was agreed. At time of writing, at least we know exactly what the issue is and happy in the knowledge that it is being dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Outstanding service from a really friendly bloke! I had wasps nesting inside the walls of my house, Richard came out next day (although he offered a same day appointment I couldn't be home) he turned up on time and explained clearly what he was going to do and what I should expect to happen. Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.

We had Moles on our cricket field. Tried to get rid of them ourselves over a couple of months to no avail. Got Tornado recommended to us, so gave them a ring, Donna came out a few days later and set 2 traps, explained where and how to look for the best place to put the traps. And within 4 days had caught 2 moles, Great work 👏 👏

Donna at Tornado was fantastic when it came to sorting a rat infestation at a family home. She explained exactly how and why the rats were getting into the property and showed me the evidence, and she advised what we needed to do to make life more difficult for the vermin. Over the course of three weeks, Donna returned regularly to check the traps and eventually, plugged the holes to stop them returning. We had issues with Rats chewing through the walls and floorboards of our rented property. Wasptec were quick and helpful.
