Amazing service! Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The unwelcome 'lodger' was swiftly removed from my loft, and Mark charged a fair price. The added bonus is because he's an animal lover, wherever possible he will ensure that the 'pests' are removed humanely and aren't harmed. The visitor that was in my loft will be released on to moorland away from houses. Thanks once again, delighted with the service.

He was very friendly, spent time understanding the issue, listening to what we had heard and explained what the causes could be, how he would be able to resolve it and how we can prevent it going forward. Made 4 visit for the price of 3, everything was very reassuring and Mark explained each week what the results of the previous weeks actions were and what we should expect over the next. Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.
