Lovely gentleman that comes is a Gem, polite and funny love the chats with him, efficient and quick service

The lady on the phone was lovely.. but sadly they couldn't help me straight away resulting in me have to pay for a private service. :( it was a wasps nest and im literally petrified and allergic to wasps. It cost me nearly a 100 pound to sort out.

Phew, what would we do without them. Very helpful. Getting through can be a bit of a trial. A whole re-think on telephone access would be advisable. Not everyone is comfortable using a computer (yet!)

Great service really... also Arron and Jamie really trying hard to sort out the rodent problem in the flat, caused by nextdoor neighbour.
