I rang Martyn and within 10 minutes he arrived at my property. He very quickly diagnosed the problem with my back door lock. He is a very talented chap and friendly with it. What a fantastic service from Martin after I had two failing door locks. After a quick response, he arrived when he said he would. He really knows his stuff about locks and security! He gave great advice and found me a solution that was even better than I had hoped - all at a very reasonable price. He completed the job quickly and cleanly, explaining everything he was doing in great detail, including aftercare, leaving me feeling very confident. I feel even more secure and safe now at home. Excellent response time and service - called on Saturday evening and he arrived within 20 minutes, lock replaced in another 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend!
