Locked my keys in my boot. After a catalogue of problems with RAC lasting 5 hours ending in an exorbitantly expensive quote from their partner auto locksmith, I eventually made my own arrangements. The Leeds Locksmith came out, only taking about an hour to get to me at Ilkely Moor, and didn't take long to get into my car. Really friendly service - even lent me a hoodie while he worked as it was a bit nippy. They charge 60% less than the quote RAC arranged! Couldn't be happier.

Needed a locksmith Sunday evening as my elderly mum’s door handle broke on me when I went to visit her, so we were locked in.I rang Marc to come fix it, but unfortunately he wasn’t able to come till next morning.I said it’s fine I will just climb through window for me to go home. Unfortunately for me I couldn’t get through the window as they don’t open wide enough, So I resigned myself to stay the night at mum’s house.I got back in touch with Marc to let him know I couldn’t get out and would he come early as possible that next morning. He rang me straight back and told me he would be there in next hour and half. The poor lads van had broken down, so he borrowed a car just so he could fix the door and make it safe. He was a life saver and I couldn’t Thank him enough. He’s done a fabulous job and would highly recommend him.

Absolutely fantastic service !! Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool. Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle. Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

I rang Martyn and within 10 minutes he arrived at my property. He very quickly diagnosed the problem with my back door lock. He is a very talented chap and friendly with it. When I contacted Secure Solution Locksmiths, I spoken with Gareth who responded straight away. He gave me 2 options of luck and explained the differences. Within minutes we had arranged a date and time for the be lock to be fitted. Gareth arrived on time, was efficient and friendly. Called first thing in the morning regarding the lock on a door at the care home I work at sticking and not locking from the inside - the lady I spoke to who got me booked in was very polite and extremely helpful, was able to accommodate a timely call out - i was kept up to date regarding estimated time of arrival. Locksmith named Terry attended who was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable of trade. Works completed in less than half an hour and very reasonably priced. would definitely recommend and will use in future for all locksmith needs.

Contacted Wakefield Lock and Key as our door wouldn't lock around 6pm, I was told that they already had a couple of jobs but would get to us as soon as possible, they kept us updated as to when they would get to us. I can't recommend Terry enough the lock had broken and needed replacing and despite it being midnight he ensured all the locking parts were working correctly and lubricated before he left. Outstanding customer service, it's like having a new door.

Rang the company this morning and they had a locksmith with us by 2pm. Terry was a smashing bloke. Looked at the broken lock , assessed and then fixed it efficiently and quickly and gave my warehouse manager advice on maintenance going forward. If needed would definitely use again.

Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago.
