Our door lock started failing and it was clear that it was just a matter of time before we would either not be able to unlock it, or not be able to lock it. So we called Wetherby Lock and Key Centre. From this point on we were impressed: up front about all charges, Terry came out the same morning and was very knowledgeable and replaced the faulty mechanism quickly and efficiently. All our options were carefully explained and at no point was there any pressure to go for a particular option. Door works well and we are satisfied with the quality of the service. We will definitely use them again.

Jim was very diligent and professional at fixing an issue with a broken key. The problem ended up being more complicated than thought but rather than replace an entire locking system at significant cost Jim investigated and fixed the issue. He didn't leave until everything was working perfectly. Cost was very reasonable also and job done in under an hour. I'd definitely recommend what was a friendly, effective local service.
