Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. He was polite, profressional and clearly had a lot of knowledge. I definitely recommend him.

What a fantastic service from Martin after I had two failing door locks. After a quick response, he arrived when he said he would. He really knows his stuff about locks and security! He gave great advice and found me a solution that was even better than I had hoped - all at a very reasonable price. Absolutely fantastic service !! Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool. Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle. Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

Fantastically delivered good split of theory and practical. My trainer Marc was brilliant and his way of teaching and using real life scenarios was great to understand in what scenarios you would use which method. Really friendly bunch of Guys at the training centre. Recommend it to anybody who’s wants to become a locksmith like myself.

Completed the 5 day City & Guilds course. I was a bit apprehensive at first but was soon put at ease. Marc & Gary the trainers were excellent! The one to one training was faultless and everything was explained thoroughly. It exceeded all my expectations. I gained my qualifications for a change of career and am so grateful. Found new lock mechanism on website with clear dimensions to replace mine which was faulty. It was clearly stated new design and said new keep was also required. Clear information on which keep I needed. Delivered next working day. There was an issue with the delivery as item was damaged in transit. I emailed to get an immediate response and item was hand delivered a short while later. I was able to fit it myself in a couple of hours to secure my door again especially over the bank holiday weekend. What a service. Thank you so much.
