Really great service from start to finish. I had no idea what I was asking for but the lad on the phone was helpful and made me an appointment. I had a locksmith called Terry come and change my lock, no pushy sales tactics but he was very informative about safety. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Great service. Went into the shop to enquire about a new lock, it was fitted within the hour. Reasonable price and Jim the fitter was very efficient and polite. Would definitely recommend.

James from lock & key was brilliant. Sorted a few issues out with window locks replacing them and checking the others were working. Really great job and a great price. Happily recommended!

Absolutely fantastic service. I went in to have 3 keys cut for my front door and was quoted a very reasonable price (much cheaper than a certain well known chain of locksmiths and shoe repairers). Unfortunately, the keys were cut from the wrong key on my bunch which might well have been my error when handing them over. Luke could not have been more helpful and not only cut three of the correct key for me, but was very happy for me to keep the others. I tried to offer some payment for these, but he wouldn't accept. Overall an excellent experience.

Called first thing in the morning regarding the lock on a door at the care home I work at sticking and not locking from the inside - the lady I spoke to who got me booked in was very polite and extremely helpful, was able to accommodate a timely call out - i was kept up to date regarding estimated time of arrival. Locksmith named Terry attended who was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable of trade. Works completed in less than half an hour and very reasonably priced. would definitely recommend and will use in future for all locksmith needs.
