The locking handle on my bathroom window wouldn't open. Was stuck in the locked position. Phoned DC Glass and they sent fitters out straight away to remove the broken handle and fit a new one. I was very happy with the service and price. Would definitely use them again and recommend DC Glass.

I cannot recommend this business enough. From initial contact only one week ago, failed glass units were replaced this morning. Communication was amazing, great price too! The team who came to fit the units this morning were polite and courteous, a credit to themselves and the company. The work was carried out in a professional manner with high cleaning standards at the end of the job, I didnt even have to ask but I was extremely pleased all rubbish was removed. Fabulous job, I cannot believe I have not heard of this business before but I have no hesitation to recommend.

Steve was absolutely brilliant it was an emergency call out, he was here very quickly and communicated really well to reassure me on the time he would arrive as I had my dog locked inside the house and I was quite anxious about that. Really excellent communication through both the website and over the phone. Was able to organise a flexible plan and quotes straight away as I was unsure what the situation with my car would be. Can’t recommend enough! Came to help at really short notice, whilst the weather was freezing and roads covered in snow, after my elderly mother had locked her car keys inside her car (with the engine running). Managed to get inside to retrieve them really fast, saving her petrol at the same time. Really polite, friendly and couldn’t have gone more out of his way to accommodate. Thanks again 😊

Great guy, got in touch, explained my situation. He confidently said he would be able to help me when others i phoned sounded unsure. He was 40 minutes away. Turned up bang on time. French door locking mechanism failed so called Elite365 Locksmiths. Arrived promptly, work completed with full explanation. Fair price on labour and parts. Very happy with the finished job. Would recommend to anyone having issues with their UPVC door locks.

Highly recommend Elite365 My grandma had a new back patio door fitted a few months back (NOT by elite365) sadly the botched up the job leaving it difficult for her to unlock/lock the door to the point it caused physical pain. After a lot of back and forth with the original guy who fitted the door he just stopped answering and advised nothing was wrong I recommend Elite365 to her (as originally changed the locks when we moved into a new property, again amazing job, can't fault) Sadly, a lot of faults and issues with the door where found, but Elite365 explained them and showed my grandma. He was patient, helpful and explained everything and did a fantastic job. Thank you!

With a broken key embedded in the lock barrel of a French Door I called Elite. John promptly attended my call in under an hour, effortlessly addressing the issue. Beyond that, John also quickly adjusted three uPVC exterior doors that had been awkwardly catching, ensuring a smooth closure. His efficiency and professionalism were commendable. Had to call out an emergency locksmith during a weekend evening due to the operating mechanism in my upvc door failing which prevented it from locking. After attempting to contact a number of local 24 hr locksmiths who would not answer their phones I decided to try Lowton Locks. I must say that I was not disappointed when the owner Kelvin answered the phone immediately and said he would attend within the hour. Very friendly chap who quickly made a temporary repair to the mechanism which allowed the door to be locked The gearbox in the mechanism had failed which required a new one and he promised to return Monday morning to fit a new part. Again not disappointed as he returned punctually as stated , replaced the gearbox and carried out adjustments to the hinges. The door now works better than it did when new and overall I was very pleased with the level of service.

We had quite a number of windows which had issues from broken window locks which stopped me from open windows or locking them and to windows that did not close properly. Chris came over to give us a quote and fortunately he checked our other windows and found 4 more windows that had issues that needed to be fixed else we would have had to call him out again. He was really helpful and informative by giving us a quote which was really competitive and booking a day convenient for us. He was really quick at fixing them especially the ones that needed new hinges and providing helpful information in regards to maintaining the windows afterwards. I would recommend Chris to everyone and want to thank Chris for being so helpful and efficient.

Excellent professional service, really genuine and knowledgable guy, I would 100% use again and recommend. My front door mechanism broke so I was unable to open the door, he arrived quickly and had the door open in 5 minutes, promptly diagnosed that the internal gearbox had failed and replaced and also replaced the barrel (which came with 5 keys), all in around 45 minutes, BRILLIANT SERVICE!!! (I had a cowboy locksmith around the night before who spent 2 hours drilling the lock and couldn’t get the door open who charged the earth and just left without sorting)

Contacted Tristan when I had a problem accessing one of our living rooms - the locking mechanism had broken. After having keys ‘go missing’ from the house was quite unsure on who to go to in regards to changing the locks , I shopped around 5/6 company’s and after speaking to mark I told him the budget he offered the cheapest around making sure not to skint me too , sent my address (Marple) turned up within half an hour on a BANK HOLIDAY too two locks changed 5 keys for each took around an hour from what was a quite stressful ordeal to one of the best interactions I’ve had with any company , Absolutely Superb , cannot praise this guy enough and you can tell it’s something he is proud of and 100% should be absolutely Fantastic! - here within the hour -cheapest quote - pleasant experience -on a bank holiday Monday -plenty of spares and a year guarantee -easy payment cash / Card /transfer USE THIS BUSINESS 👍
