Right from the beginning Astons Access were professional and really easy to communicate with. I spoke with a lovely woman called Louisa throughout the process over WhatsApp messenger which meant I could communicate in my own time. I booked an appointment and a lad called Scott came out the next morning, he was friendly, well mannered and got me back on the road in no time. My battery had also gone flat so he sorted that for me which I just think goes above and beyond for customer service. He opened my door with ease while giving me good information about the security of my cars locking system. After such a great service, I would never go anywhere else.

Called Dan and off the bat was incredible and very helpful with advice and providing step by step solution to the issue with my car (anti theft deterrent issue) on my Vauxhall corsa. I found car key masters to be really helpful and efficient. I rang Dan and he came round to my house promptly that evening to replace an old used car key. I went to Arc with what I thought was a broken exterior door lock that needed replacing and came out with the same lock working perfectly. Bob explained why the lock "broke" the night before (we had to call out an emergency locksmith to gain entry into the house) and how to easily fix it if it "broke" again. All free of charge. Excellent service from Bob and his colleague - polite, friendly and very helpful. I can't rate Arc highly enough.

Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! I contacted Jordan because I had lost my front door key. He was able to pick the back door lock, allowing me to enter the property and get the back door key inside. It was icy temperatures and my cat was waiting impatiently inside for his food and medication. I was very grateful that Jordan arrived so quickly and worked so efficiently. The price was reasonable and Jordan was very friendly, which certainly helped in the stressful situation.

Andrew came within the expected time and he went above and beyond in repairing the job. I was really impressed with the service and their honesty, I had attempted to fix the problem myself before contacting them. Absolutely superb service. We had a problem with the ignition barrel on our Note car and were about to go on a foreign driving holiday so were totally stressed out. We contacted APL and made an appointment for the next day and they did a wonderful repair on the ignition and the 2 car keys. We can now drive safely on the continent thanks to them. Their service was first class and they were so helpful. I totally recommend them for professional and reasonably priced workmanship. They deserve the highest praise.

Had a problem with one of my keys the guys had the equipment to test the new battery and check the functioning of the key fob. Any questions l asked they were very knowledgeable. Very helpful people. They wouldn't let me pay when l asked how much, these guys are very trustworthy.

His communication prior to booking his services was impeccable and from making the booking via text he quickly confirmed a date and time and was punctual arriving exactly when he said he would. The workmanship was excellent and he got the door working in no time at all replacing the handle and making all the necessary adjustments to a very warped door.
