Gal responded quickly and was very helpful when my door lock failed to open and I found myself stuck outside of my house. He arrived within the hour, got me into the house and helpfully sent the information about what he had done and his recommendations for a long term fix so that I could take them to my landlord. Would happily recommend him!

After recently purchasing a new car only one key was supplied with the vehicle. I contacted Gal online yesterday evening around 9pm. He responded instantly and explained the options available. He booked me in for the following morning at 10am. 15 mins prior to the appointment he contacted me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, was very polite and professional. Within 30mins he had supplied a new keyfob, cut the key and programmed to the vehicle. The new key is actually better quality than the original manufacturers unit. Gal arrived in under 30 minutes and was very friendly and professional, carrying out the work to a high standard. Fixed the issue in five minutes. Highly recommended.
