No one else would touch it as it was a complex issue. I was deadlocked out of my car due to a combination of a broken physical lock (only one on the vehicle) and a key fob that wasn't working. He got it done and even fixed another issue for me. Reasonable price and skilled work. Would highly reccommend.
Tom is truly a professional. He kept me up-to-date about my appointment schedule for any delay. And he spent all his effort to sort out the steering wheel lock issue of my Merc W204 without a moment of rest. Also he was willing to explain the issue and resolution to me. He is absolutely a legend.

Came out to me very quickly on short notice as my van wouldn’t unlock due to flat battery issue.
