Like so many, this was I first experience regards implants. I did more research on implants than most would do if they were buying a car or anything else. Why ? Because I don’t like pain ? And so much could go wrong, I thought. I looked at dental surgeons across the UK, and overseas ! I compared prices, reputations, and read so many reviews, it was ridiculous. I settled on 7 Oaks Clinic because of what I had learnt …and it was the best decision I made - nothing hurt at all- not even the injection (unlike normal dentists) it was amazing. From that moment my fears melted away. Of course Gary and his team told me I had nothing to worry about, they were all extremely lovely and professional but not until you sit in that chair do you know yourself. From the first appointment to the finish, I never felt any pain. And the implant is fantastic. I was treated so well by everyone. The whole experience was exemplary. I would not hesitate to ask the staff to pass on my contact details to help anyone else, hesitating. Thankfully, I do not need any more implants but if I ever did. I would only ever use Gary and his team.

7oaks Clinic is not local to me but the journey is worth it. Dr Gary Moynes is a true expert in implant dentistry, but more than that, he cares. He takes the time to explain everything to you.. He is passionate about his work and wants nothing but the best outcome for you. I trust him 100% and would not want to go anywhere else for treatment.

Everyone here has been really helpful and nice from beginning to end. I got my braces put on end of last year and i have already got them off! I'm really happy with the end result and I look forward to my next appointment!

Rachel was fantastic today, super helpful and patient very quick and efficient. Sam was also brilliant she made my daughter feel at ease because she was nervous.

Finished my treatment at Portman today after 2 years and Leigh has been so helpful in the last couple of weeks helping get to the end. Rachel has been so patient throughout the duration of my treatment.

As always everyone at Portman was extremely friendly and helpful in organising a very quick replacement of some retainers, including re-scans, within a week. Excellent service all round.

She remembers I have a son whom she sees on occasion and even remembers the rare condition he has and the Practice Manager is always there if I have any questions. Leonette is a very personable and experienced dentist. I have been using this practice for many years and have always received 5 star levels of treatment every time I’ve been. The staff are friendly and very professional and I highly recommend this practice.

I trust Leonette and her team 100% and would go nowhere else ! I have now moved to Christchurch and do a 4 hour round trip to see her bug it is totally worth it . Her experience and attitude has saved many of my teeth ( and money) - I am a rubbish patient and her and Danni put you at ease instantly - thank you SO much ! You as a patient , come first every time and are also very flexible if you have an emergency ( I have many of those too!) .can’t recommend highly enough , especially if you value your teeth .

My family drive from Cambridge just to use this dental surgery. Such a lovely atmosphere, everything is clean and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our children actually love coming to the dentist, surprising for a 4 and 8 year old. Leonette is so professional and a absolute star. What a wonderful experience having Leonette and her team reconstruct one of my teeth. I am usually very anxious around dentists but I was made to feel comfortable & guided throughout the process. She ensured I was sufficiently anesthetised and gently carried out a successful reconstruction. 5 Stars - I’ll keep coming back !!! Surprisingly painless too 😀
