Being a registered patient at this practice, i needed to contact the dental practice for an emergency appointment. The reception staff were great and i was seen within 3hrs. The service i received from my initial phone call to the treatment i had was amazing, 10/10. After investigation i was found to have a fractured tooth, which the dentist treated there and then. Just had our first appointment at this exceptional dentistry. First class receptionists that give you that personal touch and explain everything well. Then the actual dentist who was the best we have ever seen and we are in our 60s. Very friendly, puts you at ease and explains everything so well re your teeth post examination including showing you your X-ray images straight away and not forgetting the dental nurse who once again was really friendly and helpful throughout.
