I recently joined over from my last dentist- and I’m a very nervous patient. Victor is my dentist and his lovely assistant Jayne made my visits so pleasant for me. I have a lot of problems with my dental and they have made me feel extremely reassured about coming to get my treatments done. I couldn’t recommend anyone better. Thank you for everything you’ve done!

Marta and Carla are 2 amazing, caring, kind professionals, who I had the honour of being treated by today. It's wasn't just about doing excellent work, it was also the fact they took time to listen to my previous dental experience and use that information to make today the best experience it could be. So thank you ladies I would have given 100 stars if I could.

We saw dentist Victor and Jayne 5*, they are wonderful. Both made the kids feel comfortable and made the check up process go very smoothly. Very patient to explain what was happening and what the next steps. Dentist and assistant definitely score a 5* In terms of improvements, the reception team can make the booking process more transparent and send written booking confirmations and reminders.

Please pardon the pun.... Victor and Jayne were the patient ones. Very professional and understanding as my fillings posed several problems. We got there in the end thanks to the determination of them both. Many thanks to them and the practice.

Honestly the best decision ever! Nina, Kat, Farhad, Sarah and the team have done an amazing work on my teeth. Their attention to detail, patience and care was tremendous. My treatment took a bit longer as I had 1 tooth that wouldn't budge, so they opted for another round of aligners to make sure they were perfect. I think others would have been sick of me by then and booted me out, but this team is so lovely. I always had a really good laugh with them and am really pleased with the results. Thank you all so much! Highly Recommended!

I’ve had such challenging experiences with dentists in the past that I developed a real phobia and avoided dental visits for several years. Thankfully, my daughter strongly recommended Zahra Khan, and I’m so glad she did. From the moment I walked into the dental practice, I felt at ease due to its warm and welcoming ambiance. Zahra was not only exceptionally skilled but also compassionate and attentive throughout the entire process. I could feel her confidence which put me at ease. Every six months I visit the wonderful hygienist Karen at the Sandford. Not only does she thoroughly clean my teeth, but over the years she has given me a huge amount of advice about my dental hygiene. As a result, my teeth have never been cleaner nor in better condition. She also happens to be a truly delightful person.

My orthodontic treatment with Nina and the team at the Sandford was a pleasure from start to finish. I felt reassured and at ease with Nina from my very first consultation. Her knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent, combined with her calming and pleasant manner gave me confidence and faith in the two year process I was embarking upon. Every appointment in that time was a joy: Nina and the team were always lovely, kind and supportive and the environment was relaxed and welcoming. Now at the end of my journey, I’m so pleased with the results and so grateful to Nina for transforming my teeth. I can whole heartedly recommend her and the Sandford.

Yesterday had an abcess tooth taken out by Dr Ahmed. Admittedly the Injections were the worst but I have to say I am so grateful for his expertise and caring manor. This morning hardly any pain or discomfort compared to previous extractions. Thanks again Ahmed and his lovely assistant. X

I’m thrilled with the composite bonding work done by Dr. Charles Brandon! He is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and his attention to detail is second to none. Dr. Brandon made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and explained everything clearly. The results are fantastic – I love my new smile! We visited this dental practice after my son chipped his front tooth in a fall at school. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly and calm receptionist who made us feel at ease. Our appointment started right on time, and we were greeted by the wonderful Dr. Maddy. She was amazing with my son, helping him feel comfortable and relaxed during the exam. She explained the treatment plan thoroughly and answered all our questions, making us feel fully supported. My son was genuinely happy to meet Dr. Maddy and her efficient team. I highly recommend this practice – they’re incredibly helpful, kind, and professional.

The staff at Kentish Smiles Clinic are amazing. They made our appointments feel so friendly and calm, my kids were abit apprehensive at the beginning of the appointment; but the staff made the appointment so fun and joyful, in the end my kids wanted to stay. Very friendly and non judgmental staff, receptionist very happy to help register my daughter and book her first dental appointment (9 months old) treated us so well and as individuals with plenty of advice for the babies teeth that are coming through thick and fast. All staff were very accommodating and made us feel at ease and comfortable. Left feeling very positive and confident in coming back for further appointments in the future. Great first time experience for the baby, no pressure nor forceful.

Just amazing. I am not registered with this dentist but this was the nearest location I was provided for an emergency appointment and I am glad I was recommended here. Firstly I was able to be seen within 24 hours which I think is pretty fast. Secondly they made me feel extremely comfortable and explained to me everything that they can and are willing to do. Unfortunately I did need a tooth extraction which they carried out brilliantly. Lastly I want to thank the staff and team that carried out the work they did in my time of need and is now pain free. I have had a few treatments now with Dr Sami Bissasu and he is an excellent dentist, he explains things thoroughly and takes pride in what he does. The reception team and dental nurses are also friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this practice and Sami in particular.
