Generally have changed my life. I have gone 20 years hating my teeth, feeling like dentists wouldn’t actually listen to what I want. I have been to so many private dentists who are only interested if I get all my treatment done with them but this was the only one who generally seemed to care and want to help me. Charlotte is an absolute credit to the team, sat down with me and reassured me about everything and Sam who done my bonding is just amazing at what she does. The lady at reception is also the most kindest lady and I just generally can’t fault my experience from walking through that door a few weeks back until now. I’ve gone from hiding my smile when I laugh to now wanting to laugh to show my smile! Thank you again guys, you really are all amazing!

At a time of great pain. The service exceeded my expectation they could not have done more for me at a time when I really needed there help. From the receptionist Lisa who was so helpful and compassionate. And Janu and Sam was absolutely amazing explaining everything at asking how i was feeling at every step of the way. Always a lovely smooth appointment at GM Dental! The staff are friendly and polite and even if not needed, will always offer the hygienist. Booking appointments is easy and hassle free with regular text message reminders. Lovely practise that I would highly recommend

My wife and I were recommended to Easysmile after some years of less than effective dental care. The practice in Shadoxhurst is in the style of a stylish clinic - clean and tidy with a restful colour scheme. The reception staff are very helpful and welcoming with a reassuring efficiency. Our first appointments were with Ash, the dental surgeon for an in-depth assessment. Ash is an extremely professional and authoritative dental surgeon. For those with an aversion to dentistry, his practise methods are a revelation, with an innate ability to reassure and explain in detail every aspect of treatment. Indeed, the level of care at Easysmile is exemplary. Easysmile is a private practice, so there is a cost factor to be considered. However, I had a complete course of treatment that should comfortably see me through the next few years, all for the price of a decent 2 weeks holiday. Money well spent and my wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Easysmile. Many thanks to Ash and the team.

I wish I'd found Ben years ago! Ive had 4 appointments so far and I'm no longer dreading the next one! He listens to your worries and makes a plan around them! He is genuinely Interested in you as a person and is the most reassuring and calming dentist ever, wouldn't hesitate to recommend him especially to anyone with dental phobia!

After decades of issues with front teeth due to a trauma, Ben helped with front teeth with implants and bridge. Would highly recommend, Ben is very precise and would recommend. Fantastic work from Ben (and his colleagues at easysmile). I will be remaining with easysmile for future work/general check ups/hygienist. And I might start smiling more often now :-)

This was my first visit to Jade Dental Practice, firstly I was impressed by the how clean the reception area was of their Ashford branch, also their reception staff were very friendly and put me at ease straight away. I had to have my teeth cleaned, it’s never a pleasure to visit the dentist, however I was lucky enough to have the treatment carried out by Jodie, straightaway Jodie put me at ease and explained the process and what would be involved, Jodie was very chatty and made me forget that I was at a dentist which is an amazing feeling when a visit to the Denist can be a quite daunting experience. Jodie talked me through the process at every stage and was always checking to make sure I was ok, Jodie had a lovely caring side to her, but came across very professional, I felt I was in very safe hands. I would certainly recommend Jade Dental Practice, I will certainly be returning back to this practice in the future when I require further treatment.

I cant recommend Jade Dental enough. After a very bad experience at another dentist Adil at Jade took me on to finish my invisalign journey when other dentists wouldn't. He was extremely professional, explained everything, was great at keeping in touch and making the process as seamless as possible resulting in me getting my desired results. Because of him and how helpful even the receptionists were I also booked a hygienist appointment at jade over my regular dentist and she was fantastic also. So thorough and taught me a lot so all in all a fantastic dental practice cant recommend enough so thank you guys!

I saw Adil yesterday and he was so helpful. I had been in a lot of pain with my tooth, he explained my options and made me feel comfortable about the whole thing. I was nervous as I was having an extraction, but Adil made me feel at ease and it was over a lot quicker than i expected. I would recommend Jade Dental Practice if you want a caring yet professional service.

I have been a patient with Jade Dental Practice for many years, it is a friendly, relaxed practice and I have always had excellent experiences. My regular Dentist left and Adil has replaced her. I was apprehensive about seeing someone new, but after my first visit I left feeling extremely confident. Adil was outstanding, informative and thorough. He advised me that I would need a crown. Throughout the treatment and procedure that was required he clearly explained what he was going to do and you feel like you’re in good hands. I am very impressed with the quality of treatment and service. Overall experience was great too - friendly and helpful reception staff. I would highly recommend Jade Dental Practice.

My daughters and I all attend the Welldene and cannot fault the service and staff interaction. Yes there was a wait at first as clearly their patient retention high ( I noted this as positive) once registered I can honestly confirm the service is that of the London clinics and you will not be disappointed. Very disappointing. Booked my initial appointment 4 weeks in advance. Welldene sent me a reminder 2 days before that date, but then contacted me the day before my visit to tell me the dentist had another appointment on that day and I would need to rebook. Offered one date initially which I was unable to attend, and when I tried to rebook the very next day was offered an appointment 6 weeks later as 'we are very busy'! Although I was informed they had dentists available if I wanted an 'emergency' appointment. Contacted Patient Feedback team, via email, to discuss and, currently, after two weeks have yet receive even an acknowledgment. UPDATE: Subsequently received an understanding letter from the practice manager, and after contacting him a short notice appointment was arranged with a nice dentist. Review amended accordingly.

Everyone involved in the emergency appointment was really helpful by finding an appointment and ringing to confirm my email by far the best dentist experience I have had in the last 20yrs with 3 other practices well pleased.

As someone who is incredibly (and irrationally)nervous of the dentist…having part of a tooth detach was my worst nightmare…I needn’t have worried…all the staff are incredibly calming and got me in for assessment and reconstructed filling within such a short space of time…no pain.. no fuss… absolutely brilliant! Sejal and Billy are a fantastic team !

Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. I received more sound advice during this one visit than I have received from other practices over the last 40 years. And everything was done with a smile to make me feel very much at ease. This is the first time that I have walked out of a dental practice very much looking forward to my next visit !!!

Gareth and Carly did a fantastic job on my daughters teeth, we are so pleased with the results and the service received during her time as their patient. They're both so personable and friendly which always put her at ease and customer service was always excellent they were so accommodating fitting her in if they had cancellations really sped the whole process up . Her teeth were really crooked when we started and as a teen girl she felt insecure of smiling.The results are just amazing she has a beautiful smile and is really happy. My daughter has just finished her orthodontic journey and both Gareth and Carly have been fantastic, the end result is beautiful and our daughter now has the confidence she deserves. I cannot fault anything about PennyPot. The reception team have always been accommodating and changing an appointment has always been easy. My daughter had had a bad experience at a previous dentist but is now reassured by going to the dentist because they have only ever given her a positive experience. We will continue to use PennyPot. It is a busy thriving practice, with a welcoming and happy environment.

I recently attended my routine yearly checkup at Pennypots and I had a positive experience. I booked my appointment about three weeks ago and was pleased not to have a long wait. On the day, I arrived a few minutes early and was checked in promptly by the receptionist. The waiting room was comfortable, and I only waited 8–10 minutes past my scheduled time, which I found perfectly acceptable. The checkup itself was thorough and efficient, taking about 10–15 minutes. Both the dentist and the nurse were friendly and professional. I was advised to monitor a tooth with a mild gum infection and schedule another checkup in six months, which was helpful advice. Overall, the appointment was quick and hassle-free—I was in and out within 30 minutes. The practice also has a small free car park, and I was able to find a space without any issues. I’m very satisfied with the service and care I received and would recommend this practice to others!

I was terrified of the dentist until I went to Pennypot. Omar and his team have been so amazing over the years that I have been going there and I now have every confidence in him. 1st class! I had a broken tooth at the back of my mouth so I was very worried about extraction. I had no need to worry. The receptionist was very polite. I was quickly put at ease and the extraction was quick and painless. Would highly recommend.

Chopra dental surgery is the best dentist I have used . I have a bit of a phobia when it comes to going to the dentist but the dentist at Chopra shows empathy to me. She takes her time allowing me to have a break during treatment should I feel I need it. She is also very friendly and very personable.

Called the Ashford branch and the receptionist was brilliant maybe her name was glen or Glenys. Bubbly friendly and most importantly extremely helpful. Booked an appointment. Like many I'm not the biggest fan of dentists but the dentist I had put me at ease was very professional and mad me feel relaxed. Would recommend this practice

What an amazing dentist, I was extremely nervous from another experience, and he was brilliant. Kind gentle, explanation was brilliant wow at last I have faith back when in the dentist. All staff friendly, kind and take there time ❤️

It was my first visit to Lower Hayes Dental Clinic on the 2/1/25. I found all the staff extremely accommodating. They were friendly and helpful. The environment was warm and relaxing. A great first time experience!

My dentist team are always so lovely to me and help calm my nerves. They use patient friendly language and don’t keep me in the dark about anything. They are amazing. I also have never had any issues with the reception team, they too are amazing and will happily help you with anything you need. I was booked in an emergency booking. I saw the dentist. They managed to sort out a temporary solution till I see my dentist. The receptionists were great and organised everything quickly. Happy with the service received.

Given an appointment the day after I called to ask for my broken tooth to be fixed. Very prompt at the surgery and didn’t need to wait long. The treatment was quite swift but I was really impressed by the skill in making g my front teeth like new. Thank you
