I needed an emergency appointment on Monday of this week and I was seen the following day. The service and dental surgery is absolutely brilliant. We’ve been attending Lenham for nearly 40 years My wife and I and our daughter would all concur that it is an absolute brilliant, first class, exceptional practice All the work we have had done is first class. I would like to add the balance to this review but can’t think of anything that’s negative. Thank you to all the Staff.

First appointments today and saw Chan. I have a lot of dental work ahead of me and knew this. It took a lot for me to walk through the door but didn't want to appear terrified even though I was. Chan put me at ease, talked me through the procedures and was so lovely. She said she will get it sorted and I trust her already. I've had so many bad past experiences but already have great faith in her and the teams ability to reinstate my smile and confidence again

My 1st visit to Lenham Dental, after being with my own dentist, for the last 45 years. To say I was nervous is a major understatement! Kate Marshall and Michelle were wonderful 😁 Put me at ease, explained everything and I felt leaving like I had been a patient for years. Can't say I'm looking forward to actually starting a course of treatment, but know I will be in safe hands 👍 I also upgraded to an electric toothbrush, so hopefully will receive some brownie points😉

I had a filling last week and the dentist said this would have to be done by the hygienist which I thought was weird. All I can say is wow I have never had such a pain free, gentle experience at the dentist. I was numb enough not to feel it but not so numb that I was dribbling and incoherent. I have never been a fan of having fillings but if all my previous ones were like this I would not stress in the slightest. I highly recommend her to everyone.

I had a check up today, I saw two different doctors, X-rays done, all for a decent price. The doctors were brilliant, took their time to patiently answer all my questions and make me feel more relaxed. The receptionists were very polite and nice too, the place is clean and welcoming. I am so happy with my experience there, I highly recommend it.

I had some damage to the bottom of my top front teeth that two previous dentists have been unable to fill (the fillings fell out within hours). I have had a very different experience with this dentist, and people have been commenting how they can't tell there are fillings. My bite was carefully considered and worked around so they feel very much part of my mouth instantly. And the best thing...the fillings are still there...Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Oday and his team! From the moment I walked into the clinic, the warm and friendly reception staff made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. They’re not only professional but also genuinely kind, which made a big difference. Dr. Oday was incredible—he took the time to explain every step of my treatment in such detail, making sure I understood all my options and what to expect. I felt he really cared about my comfort and well-being, not just the procedure itself. His attention to detail and thoroughness are truly impressive. I left the clinic feeling confident and so happy with the care I received. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Oday and his wonderful team more highly!

I’ve have bad experience with many dentists over the year and then I was recommended to this place. Absolutely excellent practise. Very relaxed and caring atmosphere, from the receptionist to the dentist. Cannot rate them highly enough. 5 star

Fantastic. I previously had my teeth whitened here, which looks great. I have been visiting Zahra Khan for my Hygiene appointments. She is such a lovely lady, as I have always been frightened when visiting dentists, due to a bad experience ax a child. She explains what she is doing, she has a lovely manner, and at the end gives good advice, which really works. I would highly recommend.

My orthodontic treatment with Nina and the team at the Sandford was a pleasure from start to finish. I felt reassured and at ease with Nina from my very first consultation. Her knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent, combined with her calming and pleasant manner gave me confidence and faith in the two year process I was embarking upon. Every appointment in that time was a joy: Nina and the team were always lovely, kind and supportive and the environment was relaxed and welcoming. Now at the end of my journey, I’m so pleased with the results and so grateful to Nina for transforming my teeth. I can whole heartedly recommend her and the Sandford.

Every six months I visit the wonderful hygienist Karen at the Sandford. Not only does she thoroughly clean my teeth, but over the years she has given me a huge amount of advice about my dental hygiene. As a result, my teeth have never been cleaner nor in better condition. She also happens to be a truly delightful person.

Honestly the best decision ever! Nina, Kat, Farhad, Sarah and the team have done an amazing work on my teeth. Their attention to detail, patience and care was tremendous. My treatment took a bit longer as I had 1 tooth that wouldn't budge, so they opted for another round of aligners to make sure they were perfect. I think others would have been sick of me by then and booted me out, but this team is so lovely. I always had a really good laugh with them and am really pleased with the results. Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. The whole team is genuinely friendly, and it’s such a welcoming practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch! Would you like any adjustments, Andi?

Been a patient here roughly a year now. Had 4 appointments with the dentist and 1 with the hygienist. All round great service. Appointments are well communicated. Polite & friendly receptionists, always have a smile on their face. Dentists, nurses & supporting staff are very professional, understanding and accommodating. I would, and have recommended to others.

Such good service. Annie on reception did everything she could to get me a prompt appointment and filling before my holiday! I’m really appreciative of the help they have given me. The dentist was efficient and kind. Highly recommend.

I had extremely worn front teeth at the top due to a lifelong slight underbite and clenching and grinding. Over a period of 2 years I had braces to correct my bite and then cosmetic treatments to give me the teeth I always dreamed of. I always recommended them to people now and will continue to send anyone who asks in Woodburys direction.

3 implants inserted with precision, care and clear explanation at each stage. Amazingly painless injections. Computerised planning and rapid manufacture of the "tooth" in-house which speeds up completion of the final step. Dr Jaimini is kind and understanding. I have so much confidence in the current end result that I am saving up to have 2 more implants fitted at the end of the year. I heartily recommend the Woodbury Clinic and its service.

Excellent service. Very thorough full consultation. I had been to a NHS dentist about a month ago and felt the appointment was extremely rushed and my concerns were not heard. After my appointment with Dr Jaimini I believe this was certainly the case, she informed me I am in need of more treatment than I had been previously advised (which I had a feeling was the case). She gave me great detail on the planned treatments and explained all of my options and reasons why I need them. 10/10 would come back everyday.

I have visited the Woodbury Dental practice 4 or 5 times. On every occasion I was greeted with professionalism. The reception admins have always been very accommodating over the phone and in person. I have now had works carried out on my teeth (cleaning and extraction) from Dr Jaimine. A very professional, clinical and competent Dr. I have visited and had experience with many dentist practices over my years and I can affirm with certainty that Dr Jaimine and the team are the most proficient in the business. Couldn’t speak highly enough of Stone Rock Dental Care – I highly, highly recommend. I have spent the entirety of my life terrified of dentists, until I came across Stone Rock. I am truly in awe of how accommodating everyone is and how comfortable they make you feel; there is 0 judgement. I suffer with autism and struggle with sensory issues – Stone Rock were extremely conscious of this and went out of their way to provide me such gentle care. Ian managed to achieve results I never thought could be possible – I no longer have to hide my smile. For the first time in my life, I am proud of my teeth and cannot wait to show them off. I couldn’t have wished for a nicer bunch of professionals to carry my dental work out for me. All of the reception staff are super lovely, efficient and accommodating. Special shoutouts to Ian, Claire (Ian’s nurse) and Jess the hygienist whom I met with regularly over the last year whilst receiving treatment here. Not to forget Nico the anaesthetist who made me feel completely safe and at ease throughout sedation. Despite living 45 minutes away, I will be returning to Stone Rock for all of my future dental appointments as the care I received genuinely could not be topped and I now wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I couldn’t thank Stone Rock enough for all of the amazing treatment, my new perfect smile and the huge confidence boost that comes with!

As I’m 73 I have used many NHS dentists over my lifespan however this dentist stand out far above the rest. I was treated with the utmost respect as soon as I went in the door and personally escorted to the dental room exactly on my appointment time. The examination was thorough without being rushed and my treatment explained to me which included rectification of things that would cause later issues that I had not even been aware of. Can’t give a more glowing recommendation than this and I really mean it as it was like I had gone private - but was truly NHS. Thank you so much

I had such a lovely experience here. I am having chemo at the moment and was worried about going to the dentist as it’s more prodding and pulling but they were so gentle and lovely. Probably the best experience at a dentist that I have ever had.

I broke a front tooth and Bupa dental practice at Cranbrook found me a slot very quickly, even though they were very busy. Mohammed did a brilliant job fixing it and colour matching it. The guy’s a genius.

Always a warm and professional welcome from the reception team. They remember who you are and help to make you feel calm and at ease before your appointment. Both hygienist and dentist are excellent, thorough questions and checks before physical checks/treatments occur. Always explain what they are going to do and make regular checks during the appointment to check you are okay. Actually enjoy visiting the dentist now! I would highly recommend. Thank you.

From the first Phone call through to the Dental appointment today the service at Crane dental has been superb. I am not the most confident dentist visitor and always require a little encouragement to attend the dentist (like Pain) so signing onto a new dentist is a daunting task for me but i felt well supported throughout my experience with Crane Dental surgery help with appointments, cheerful welcoming receptionist, lovely calm caring dentist (Paul) his lovely understanding wife right through to the kind calm hygienist Janine. I would highly recommend this dentist. I have booked my next appointment.

Fantastic staff. Very welcoming and clean and tidy. Had a wonderful Hygienest who did an amazing job on my teeth. Never felt a thing. Looking forward to my next 3 month appointment
