I was impressed with the dentist last time, but today also the hygienist was actually nice! Both of them are lovely people, who ask the right questions and do not talk down to you. I cannot fault the care and dedication by my dental surgeon without whom I would be in considerable pain and discomfort. He explains everything he is doing during my treatment and what could happen in the future. The surgery is always clean and welcoming. The staff are a credit to the NHS!

I booked My mother in law in this clinic and she has seen Gabriella, the hygienist, who was very gentle and patient. Her level of care went above and beyond.

Been a patient here roughly a year now. Had 4 appointments with the dentist and 1 with the hygienist. All round great service. Appointments are well communicated. Polite & friendly receptionists, always have a smile on their face. Dentists, nurses & supporting staff are very professional, understanding and accommodating. Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. The whole team is genuinely friendly, and it’s such a welcoming practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch! Would you like any adjustments, Andi?

I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Einfeldt at Staplehurst Dental Practice and I am so happy with the results! ( pictures below, Whitening still to go tho) From start to finish the whole team at Staplehurst Dental Practice have been fantastic. They have been honest, very friendly and really did made me feel comfortable while I was there. I had finished the initial course but after a consultation they wanted to do a few more tweaks to get my teeth absolutely perfect! It added another 7 more weeks but what a difference! All in all it took only 8 months to get the perfect smile. I had a few Invisalign consultations else where before I started my treatment but Staplehurst dental was by far the best! After seeing Dr Einfeldt, I knew I was in safe hands as I could tell he is a perfectionist. I’m just so glad I went with them! Thank you to you all.

I have had a wonderful experience although I nearly gave up in the first week as I’d had a tooth removed and the invisaligners were so sore, BUT I persevered and I am so pleased I did. 56 weeks later I have a new smile and I am so pleased. Also because I was strict with myself as to how long I had them in over a 24 hour period I didn’t need to have any more news aligners. I would highly recommend Staplehurst Dental Practice too, everyone was very helpful and kind.

I booked an appointment at the end of July to see Dr Jan Einfeldt as I was suffering from an ongoing abscess which was really painful and needed treatment. Also I was overdue a checkup having moved to the area 18 months previously. Dr Jan was absolutely wonderful as he not only thoroughly checked my teeth, but also x-rayed and scanned them. The result was that the abscess had been draining but the tooth needed attention along with two other teeth up on the same area and next to the problem tooth. He advised that the best long term solution would be to have a cap and a bridge providing that the existing teeth could be saved by being root filled. Obviously that couldn't be guaranteed at this stage but hopefully that would be the preferred outcome. Dr Jan said that if I was happy with his suggestion, which I definitely was, then he would refer me to a specialist dentist who was an expert in root canal treatment. That course of action was taken and my teeth were successfully saved and root canal filled and prepared for Dr Jan to then provide and fit the new bridge and crown. I have done a separate review for Pearl Dental Care and Dr Karim who is based in Sevenoaks and undertook the root canal treatment. I then returned to Dr Jan and again he fully explained the next steps, told me the cost and went on to scan my mouth and to provide all the information required to send to his chosen technician, who would then produce the new bridge. Two weeks later, I returned to have the new bridge fitted and I am absolutely delighted - it is just like having my original teeth back but so much better. The bridge is easy to keep clean and I am thrilled to be able to eat and chew food without discomfort. It has been money very well spent and I would thoroughly recommend Dr Jan and his team to anyone needing to see a dentist. Both he and Dr Karim are absolutely unique and real craftsmen, whilst also being very down to earth and explaining everything very clearly. They are both anxious to help maintain and protect original teeth as far as is possible unlike previous dentists that I have been to who just want to take teeth out and fit implants! My grateful thanks to both these dental practices and these two exceptional men who go above and beyond with their excellent approach and dental care.

I thoroughly recommend Staplehurst Dental Practice to anyone. Starting with the hygienist appointment (which I have always been afraid to attend due to sensitive teeth). The hygienist totally listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. I will ALWAYS trust the hygienist there and never use another. I then had porcelain veneers fitted on my top four teeth. Again, I was absolutely delighted with the finished product. Throughout my whole experience there I was made to feel comfortable, informed throughout by professional caring individuals. Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Oday and his team! From the moment I walked into the clinic, the warm and friendly reception staff made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. They’re not only professional but also genuinely kind, which made a big difference. Dr. Oday was incredible—he took the time to explain every step of my treatment in such detail, making sure I understood all my options and what to expect. I felt he really cared about my comfort and well-being, not just the procedure itself. His attention to detail and thoroughness are truly impressive. I left the clinic feeling confident and so happy with the care I received. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Oday and his wonderful team more highly!

I had a check up today, I saw two different doctors, X-rays done, all for a decent price. The doctors were brilliant, took their time to patiently answer all my questions and make me feel more relaxed. The receptionists were very polite and nice too, the place is clean and welcoming. I am so happy with my experience there, I highly recommend it.

This sounds oxymoronic but what a fantastic surgery!! I called Sunday morning due to a broken tooth and raging toothache. They fitted me in and extracted the tooth in the same appointment. The dentist (Dr Khan) was sensational and the dentist (Dr Awais Ali) who took care of my follow up was equally fantastic. Dr Ali was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and competent which helped put me at ease and reassured me the pain would subside! A huge shout out to the lovely receptionist who gave my baby boy a goody bag too! Thank you for a great service

I always struggled to find a descent dentist until I found West Malling. The team there are amazing and always treat you with such care. Mr Miller is amazing at what he does and is so gentle and understanding. They put their patients at the heart of everything they do! Outstanding!

I recently received treatment from Mr Miller for an emergency root filling. He fitted me in the same day unlike any other practice in the area. I am terrified of dentists but he immediately put me at ease with his caring and kind manner and great sense of humour. I can understand why he is so busy and several other patients in the waiting room commented on what a great dentist he is. The reception staff and nurses were all very pleasant, happy and couldn’t do more to make me feel at ease. What a great team! I’ll definitely be back and recommend to friends and family. I have always been an incredibly nervous patient when it comes to the dentist, therefore I have put a visit off for years. Finally succumbing to the wobble of my wisdom tooth I started my research on finding the best place for me to go. West Malling Dental was by far the stand out of the crowd. I had an appointment booked within a day of me calling, so only 24 hours of working myself up! From the moment that I walked through the door to be greeted by an incredibly sympathetic Tina I felt more at ease. Tina reassured me that I was going to be well looked after, and in all honesty, I was. David sat down with me and we talked about what my concerns are and what makes me feel nervous about the dentist. He listened and really took the time to understand, and was incredibly open and honest with me in return. David and the lovely dental nurse Emily, stayed late so I could have the extraction, rather than me come back another day, which I was very grateful for. From the first point of the examination, to having the numbing injections, to the x-rays, and then to the moment the tooth was out I was petrified, but I was so incredibly well cared for. I cannot really put it into words as to how I actually feel. For some a trip to the dentist is an ordeal but for me in the past it has been traumatic and has become a genuine fear. Yesterday, the fear was faced head on and David, Emily and Tina recognised that and did absolutely everything they could to put me at ease and reassure me. I cannot praise them enough. They are all truly wonderful people.

After seeing George’s work on a close friend of mine, it made me want to improve my smile so I booked a composite bonding consultation where George was very professional and explained the process and what to expect. I decided to proceed with the composite bonding only treatment and a month later, I have just finished my last appointment. I was really impressed with the how well the bonding matched my teeth and the shape looks very natural. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone considering composite bonding. Absolutely amazing dentist. Don't know her name, but the female dentist is superb. So relaxed and friendly, ultimate professional. Would not go to anybody else and when I found out she was annual leave over Easter, I waited six months just for my check up to be with her!

Highly recommend Willows. I have been registered here for many years and have found the Dentistry, Nurses and reception staff extremely friendly. They make you at ease and accommodate your needs. Not very often I need to go as an emergency but when I have needed them in the past they have been able to fit me in the same day or within a few days.

For the last year or so, I have been to the willows dental practice and have and had Fatma that has been doing my treatment, what can I say she is amazing! Last week, I had my first check-up, at this clinic, with Dr Patel (if I am correct, I am so bad with names, apologise if I got it wrong). Needless to say that I get anxious about going to the dentist, but He was Great!! Made me feel so comfortable, patient, asked all the right questions, explained few things to me and we had few laugh too. Well at least I did. I will definitely book with this clinic again when I need to. Oh wait, I haven't finished yet. I've been going to Southcot for a number of years now and Dr Clare is my dentist there. I travel well out of my way (25 miles) to get there as its the best dentist I've been to. The receptionists are understanding, kind and professional. Giving a fantastic customer service. Dr Claire has managed to skilfully save several of my teeth and I have had a bridge done that still doing a perfect job years later. I have not exactly looked after my teeth well in the past and I've always felt a bit embarrassed by that fact. However Dr Clare has always made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I'd not go anywhere else.

I haven’t visited a dentist in twenty years and have to confess I was scared. Tim and Nicola though have seen me through three extractions and got me back on track whilst I can’t say I look forward to visiting the dentist it no longer fills me with dread.
