Due to a bad experience at another dentist i have been quite anxious about attending for treatment. However, Rita at Appletree has been so amazing. She is calm and explains what she is doing. Both her and the team were so friendly. Definitely recommend them

Really brilliant experience with Appletree. Was referred to Mr Williams their specialist for a re-root canal. Both treatments were calm and pain free, no issues or problems! Staff are lovely and facility is very clean and modern. Would highly recommend!

After Martin Kelleher, the senior consultant dentist for restorative dental treatment at Kings College Hospital London, retired from private practice, he highly recommended Ian Small at St Dunstan’s. I couldn’t be more pleased with this recommendation. Ian is always thorough, considerate, and takes the time to explain his treatment plan in detail, ensuring I feel fully informed and comfortable throughout each visit. In addition to Ian, Sam, the hygienist, has also been fantastic. She is efficient, thorough, and the attention to detail in her work is excellent and I always feel well cared for. The reception staff are consistently friendly and helpful, making scheduling appointments and addressing any concerns a smooth and pleasant experience. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care at St Dunstan’s Dental Practice and would highly recommend the practice to anyone seeking top-notch dental care.

After an absolutely shocking poor level of service and communication from a different private dentist it was a huge relief to find the St Dunstans Practice. In particular, all the receptionists, dental nurses and Dr Surinder have gone out of their way to accommodate us. Perhaps most importantly there has been clear concise communication resulting in real trust leading to excellent outcomes and some very timely pre Christmas treatment. Apologies for accidentally only giving a one star review first time...5 star is order of the day....

I have been going to St Dunstan's for 3 years and have found them to be on the whole, very professional. Dr Batti, my dentist is a skilled dental surgeon who has produced good work on my teeth. This last time, I needed a tooth rebuilt and the result was fantastic. Cosmetically beautiful, it is a robust addition to my dental assemblage. Although professional, he is conversationally engaging and has a good sense of humour.

Lawrence is a very gentle dentist who has painlessly looked after my teeth for 40 years. A dentist who actually makes me smile! I should have given this review a long time ago - sorry. Positively the nicest most professional dentists in kent, the reception staff are truly wonderful, As for the very pretty Dentist well shes mesmorising and truly excellent. Two teeth pulled and didnt feel a thing. Speaks volumes.

Haven't been to dentists in over 35years..went for a check up in October this year and I was shaking I was so scared had to be sick because it's just that I get myself in a state over the dentist. There was nothing to it. He made me feel comfortable and calmed me down a bit. Anyway I got to go back on 13th December I need 2 fillings a tooth taken out and a scalp & clean does anyone know if I will or can have. All work doing at the same time or will it be 1 treatment all on different appointments?? Great reception to so helpful and friendly and sorted my problem there and then..so thank you staff keep up the good work 💯👍👊

I visited Inga, an hygienist, at Pennypot Dental for a cleaning session. She was excellent. not judgemental. Gave good advice for the future of my teeth and was very patient with my tenancy to gag. Thanks Inga! Money well spent. T

Myself and my children have seen the same dentist for years now. He is great with all of us. My children have a mix of adhd, asc and anxiety, but none of them are scared and are happy to go in. Receptionists are polite and welcoming to us,and I can highly recommend them all

Not the usual thing that I'd review, but it's worth doing for Pennypot. I use both the hygienist & a dentist, and they are both excellent. The service is really good as well. Reminders are sent, appointments always available (sometimes need to wait a little) and staff are always pleasant. It's such a relief to have a great dentists to go to in the current climate.

Everyone involved in the emergency appointment was really helpful by finding an appointment and ringing to confirm my email by far the best dentist experience I have had in the last 20yrs with 3 other practices well pleased.

I have a, fear of dentist going back to my childhood. The staff at Welldene are friendly and the hygienist puts me at ease and is very gentle. It has helped to boost my confidence.

My daughters and I all attend the Welldene and cannot fault the service and staff interaction. Yes there was a wait at first as clearly their patient retention high ( I noted this as positive) once registered I can honestly confirm the service is that of the London clinics and you will not be disappointed. Very disappointing. Booked my initial appointment 4 weeks in advance. Welldene sent me a reminder 2 days before that date, but then contacted me the day before my visit to tell me the dentist had another appointment on that day and I would need to rebook. Offered one date initially which I was unable to attend, and when I tried to rebook the very next day was offered an appointment 6 weeks later as 'we are very busy'! Although I was informed they had dentists available if I wanted an 'emergency' appointment. Contacted Patient Feedback team, via email, to discuss and, currently, after two weeks have yet receive even an acknowledgment. UPDATE: Subsequently received an understanding letter from the practice manager, and after contacting him a short notice appointment was arranged with a nice dentist. Review amended accordingly.

I was put at ease from the very first moment of the first in series of appointments to have a dental implant. Mark explained every stage of the treatment plan clearly and he and his team provide a very professional and caring service. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I transferred to Carbasse from another local practice and have found the experience excellent in every respect. I registered with Tomas and, over the past year have had a number of significant procedures including a very difficult root extraction, several fillings and a dental implant. Tomas’ manner, skill, attention to detail and communication has been exemplary on every occasion and certainly my best ever experience of dentistry. The dental nurses, especially Ashley, have also been superb and the front desk reception staff are kind, knowledgeable and highly efficient. A really outstanding practice in all respects which I would recommend without hesitation.

I had not been to a dentist for 4 years and feel lucky that Carbasse was recommended to me. I had my initial appointment with Laura in April where a treatment plan was discussed in detail regarding options available to me. After a number of visits the treatment is now finished and I have the most amazing new smile. I wish I had seen her years ago. I must not forget to mention the other staff from reception to hygienists who are also all amazing. They really are a happy, friendly professional team.

Great communication, kindness and humour throughout my initial consultation and procedure to install posts for implants. Mark explained everything clearly and seemed very knowledgeable and confident. The team assisting him were great ( Sophie and Tim? Sorry bad memory!! ) The procedure was quite long, over an hour but it never felt too long, lots of breaks. No pain at all. Good instructions for post operative care at home.

Had my first hygienist appointment with lia today, she was amazing from start to finish. I was super nervous as I’ve not had this done before and my teeth can be a little sensitive, but she reassured me the whole time and made the experience great! Thank you so much Burgate dental. I now feel at ease to go ahead with the rest of my treatment plan.

Lucy, the hygienist, efficiently assisted by Alison, did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. What I especially noticed was that there was absolutely no physical pain in the process- a really precision job! I was also given specific advice regarding care for my wisdom teeth. For those that find visiting a dentist practice daunting, there is the bonus of being in a beautiful and ancient building with the best views of the Cathedral! I recommend this Practice.

I have no words to describe the exceptional service I receive from the team, and especially from Dr. Ioannis, the dentist. He took on a patient with numerous dental issues and, with patience and perseverance, is working diligently to improve the situation. So far, I am completely satisfied with their services and care. Another noteworthy aspect is that both Dr. Ioannis and the staff are incredibly polite, kind, and always willing to help.

The Maryland Bridge that Ioannis at Burgate Dental fitted for my daughter has been superb. Along with the initial fitting we have been given a number of free check ups to make sure the Maryland is performing as it should and that there are no issues. I had seen Basanta from 9 years,I had to see him this time for an emergency appointment as I had severe toothache. I was able to see him within 90 minutes of speaking to the lovely receptionist (sorry I didn’t catch her name). A relatively pain free appointment and fully informed of what was going on and what to do next. Happy smiley face!!!!!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Basanta Shrestha at Sturry Dental Practice on 11th December. Following the extraction of my tooth, Dr. Basanta provided a clear and detailed explanation of my options, including a long-term solution with a dental implant. He was very thorough in addressing my concerns and ensuring I fully understood the process. With Christmas just around the corner, Dr. Basanta thoughtfully suggested a temporary solution using a Maryland bridge. This would restore my smile in time for the festive season—a gesture I greatly appreciated! By 20th December, the Maryland bridge was ready and installed beautifully. It looks amazing and feels like the perfect Christmas present! I couldn’t be happier with the result. A special thanks also to his nurse, Kennis Yuen, who was exceptionally helpful and explained everything in great detail, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable.
