Absolutely fantastic service, from the very first appointment nothing was to much trouble. We were useless in knowing what we wanted but Diane gave us some fantastic ideas! Wedding planning has been really stressful for us, so we are really glad to have Kelly helping us with venue selections and recommendations. She espond really quickly, is organised, and the venue options she shared were all aligned to the criteria we told her, and even helped me negotiate customised deals and discounts with select venues. Wow, what a night! Henry and his team delivered a truly memorable party. The attention to detail was brilliant and Henry really knows his stuff - from all the planning and picking and managing the best suppliers to running the night so it’s a seamless operation. The house looked superb and the garden looked magical. Henry is also an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman. I’m sure we could probably have had a decent party if we’d used a number of party planners, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as brilliant or special. I very much look forward to working together again.

Henry and his team ensured we delivered a seamless evening for over 200 guests attending our very special HOPE Ball - a fundraising event for our local hospital charity, which raised c£75,000. Henry's professionalism and attention to detail is second to none and we hope to work with Henry and his team again in the future.

At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

Penelope and team were great - food was very tasty (lots of compliments from our guests) and everyone had more than enough to eat.

Penelope’s canapés were very delicious, elegant and classy in presentation. Her friendly team of bar person and servers was very attentive/responsive to my guests – over a 100 UK and International designers of discerning tastes. Penelope was excellent in her advice of food selection, quantities, and more importantly she was a joy to work with, calm and professional throughout from start till the end of event. I will certainly ask for Penelope again, and I highly recommend her catering for any special event.

Penelope and her team were fantastic. The food was delicious, all my guests raved about all of it. The scallop and bacon canapés and pavlova especially. Jada and Ilyas were great, making sure everyone had whatever they needed throughout. Penelope was great with the planning and food choices and it was so nice to have everything cleaned up so well afterwards. I can highly recommend.

Penelope and her team catered a summer garden party for us at short notice... everything was fantastic, from the canapes, to the food, the scones and birthday cake, and the excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again, or to recommend. Thank you Penelope!

We had a great experience with Sandeep and his team. We did our sons first birthday party and Sandeep was very efficient and also got us a good deal from the venue too!! He puts his heart to everything he does and tries to ensure that your party stands out. His Dj team was great too !! I will recommend them highly not just for weddings but for any special occasions.

Sandeep and all the staff were fully professional from start to finish for my wedding. They made sure the room looked stunning, organised the entire day plan and made sure to keep to the strictest of timings. There was not one person in my entire wedding party who did not say they did not have a good time and that is all credit to Chai Events. The dance floor was bouncing all night! I would highly recommend them for anyone who has an event coming up.

Wow I don’t even know where to start! Chai events managed our multi day, very complicated fusion Indian and English wedding and it was absolutely perfect! We could not have done any of it without them. Throughout the planning process they were just so incredibly helpful, available for meetings at any time and worked around our hectic schedule. They leased seamlessly with all our vendors and took all the pressure of us. It was so helpful to have such calm and reassuring presence throughout and they very clearly have a huge wealth of experience. The real highlight for me (although it was hard to pick!) was how they explained all the Indian traditions to our English guests and family and got them involved and so enthusiastic - I’ve never seen such a fun Bharat and that was all down to their encouragement. They went above and beyond in every aspect of the wedding, and no ask was too much for them. We honestly could not have done it without them, all the events transitioned so smoothly, we actually ran on time or even early which is a rarity for Indian weddings!! They had an amazing relationship will all our vendors and the venue and worked incredibly well with them, I did not have a stress in the world during the two days and that was all down to them. I can’t recommend them highly enough, and would do as far to say it would be impossible to pull of a wedding without them! We love you Sandeep, Pranali, Walter and the whole Chai Events Team!!

We worked with Chai Events for our religious wedding ceremony in November and were so impressed with their responsiveness, communication and reliability. Chai Events pulled out all the stops on the day and we were in very safe hands. Their attention to detail and well-organised approach meant that the day ran seamlessly and we couldn’t be more delighted with their service. Special mention to Pranali, Walter and Amit for all their hard work both in the lead up to and on the day. They were very accommodating of our religious requirements and worked very well to coordinate with the venue staff and the catering. We could not recommend them enough!

If you are having an at home or outdoor wedding, you NEED her. I met Vanessa a few years ago at a wedding. I noticed how lovely and smooth the day went so decided to follow her business page on Instagram Years later I got engaged and I knew immediately I wanted to use Harness & Co to help me plan our dream day. Vanessa is excellent at wedding planning as well as being a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend her without hesitation. Having Vanessa as our planner meant that we were able plan our wedding in less than seven months and I can honestly say that I enjoyed it all. After 3 years of procrastination, we finally decided to plan our wedding in London while living in the US. All we can say is thank goodness for Dita! From beginning to end, Dita was incredibly patient while we made up our minds. She was never pushy and always encouraged us to do what we wanted, all while appreciating our budget. Dita was invaluable in making sure everything came together. Her unique ideas, expertise, and network of collaborators brought our vision to life. Not only was our garden transformed into a beautiful wedding reception venue, but the atmosphere was elevated by Dita’s impeccable styling. Moreover, she really went above and beyond in working with us from abroad to select excellent catering with a bespoke cocktail menu. She was an exceptional collaborator in how she worked with us to bring together a beautiful multicultural experience that spoke to our families’ traditions. Dita and her team were all brilliant leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. We couldn’t have done it without her. It is thanks to Dita that we have such wonderful memories of our wedding day!

When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. We cannot recommend Chenai enough!! As soon as we found her website we knew she would be the perfect person to plan our wedding. The team were on top of everything the whole way through the planning process which meant that we were completely stress-free. Chenai has an amazing way of knowing what you want better than you do and brought all of our vague ideas to life! Even down to having some Ghanaian flare at our otherwise traditional, English wedding. We had the pleasure of having Chenai, Tariq and Aaron with us on our wedding day meaning that everything went off without a hitch and we knew that everything was taken care of, enabling us to relax and enjoy the day.

I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! Chenai was so supportive and created a design board after listening to my ideas and making some beautiful suggestions. I fell in love with planning the wedding again, and felt confident that everything was going to look beautiful without the worry that things may not work the way I had imagined. Chenai eliminated all the stress. Our wedding was perfect. My only regret is not finishing ByChenai Events sooner.

Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. For us, it felt they listened to everything we said, every aspiration and idea and then they made it happen! Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Following our first call with LaToya our minds completed changed. We spoke frankly, we spoke about budgets / expectations and importantly we spoke about what we want our wedding to be like and not what we wanted it to be like. LaToya understood us from the get go and also her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. When meeting Ajay the first time, we saw the balance in his practical thinking, we knew why they work so well as a team. Re-planning We are very grateful for the wedding they created with us, it was beyond our expectations and looked and felt amazing. Their experience in wedding planning shone through when it came to working with suppliers and also the little details of the day - there are far too many examples to give. Even with the pandemic and several iterations of wedding format, guest numbers, restriction requirements, floor planning, etc, LaToya and Ajay kept us calm and more often knew more about what the wedding restriction guidelines meant before others. Partly because how hands on they are in the wedding sector, championing the suppliers in the sector and the bride/grooms. On the day The day ran so smoothly from our perspective, and that of the guests - it was a dream!
