Food is amazing and has a good selection of cakes. I tried I few things off the menu and was not disappointed. Must try if you're driving past, breakfast or dinner it's spot on 👌. The lady's in the cafe are a good bunch and always great you with a smile.

I have been ordering from Butties for some years now, but recently used them to cater for our children’s christening. Amazing spread and variety of food, affordable and the communication was excellent😊

I had a great meal, my wife didn't. She likes the mild dishes and something tells me that the chefs are more flamboyant than that. My Chicken Tikka Kariah was superb! Atmosphere, good but can be loud if there is a big party going on. Again, maybe that was because we were eating with friends and felt a bit overpowered - it is the lead-up to Christmas so I suppose a good place to eat is going to be popular with larger groups of diners. Id thoroughly recommend trying it!

servers were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. food was really good. but be warned they do not take card and by the time we had all finished eating and got the bill, all the shops with cash machines near were closed but one. thankfully, not everyone in our party was drinking so we were able to drive to a cash point. there is a notice saying cash only but so tiny you wouldn’t notice (there were 7 of us and not 1 of us saw it) that being said, we’d go back as we had a lovely evening. we’d just bring cash next time!!

Such a lovely place! Visited for cocktails and nibbles and the cocktails were honestly the best I’ve had! So many different options and chocolate cocktails with little sweet treats too. To top it off, the staff were so friendly and helpful with the cocktail selection. Will definitely be going again.

Had our Grandsons first birthday party here on Sat the 25th, what a great little pub/venue, perfect for the 25 invited guests, all staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the bar team had changed shifts by the time we left so could thank personally, so thought I'd do it here. The only complaint I have is that I live too far away to have this as my local. Thank you highly recommend!

I had lunch here today with two friends . I can honestly say that it was one of the best lunch experiences I've ever had . Everything was so good . Service, ambiance , warmth , discretion, food ( gorgeous ) views, menu choice . All excellent in my opinion . To add to the great experience my friend had a voucher allowing us a discount on mains which was such a welcome surprise .

Just popped in to have a Sunday Lunch at the Foxglove in Huddersfield. First time we’ve visited. Was lovely in side, real fire burning on a snowy day. I had a beef and partner had the pork. Both was lovely, with right amount of vegetables and Yorkshire pudding, but the Pork was the best I’ve ever tasted, anywhere. Will go back just for that. everyone was really friendly and helpful, from the manager and especially Grace. Will definitely visit again..

We called for lunch, good choice on the menu, their website says dog friendly, the facilities, were more treating dogs like VIPs, a stack of dog water bowls available & a large water dispenser, rugs & blankets. The dog who was with us only complaint was no toys but who wants a dog playing & running around when we're trying to eat, once we'd explained that he was on board again. Food was great, large portions for lunch but great value.

Staff were very warm and friendly. Room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We had a family room and both beds were exceptional. We are on the pub and food here was also lovely. Breakfast was pricey but it was delicious.

its always a pleasant atmosphere when we visit but this was our 1st time in the evening and it was just lovely . the staff are excellent ,making sure the fire was burning , taking orders when they noticed we had finished drinks . after finishing our meal we asked for the tab to be moved from our dining table to the sofa area and they were very accommodating. will be calling again :)

We came across this place by accident as our usual place was closed and it’s safe to say it’s the best takeaway around! We decided to eat in, the staff were all really friendly and accommodating. The pizza and the donner stir fry was amazing. The milkshake was really tasty. We’ll definitely be coming back and will be trying the desserts next time!

We go to Ice and Spice all the time. The food is always amazing and I think we have tried every menu item and never been disappointed! Really lucky to have this in the village!

The service in this establishment is world class. Never before have been so astonished at someone's milkshake making skills before I stumbled into Ice and Spice. The worker (Lilly) was incredible at providing a comfortable and classy atmosphere, the service was quick and enjoyable. 10/10 will go again for Lillys milkshake and desert making abilities🌟

Friendly pub, with local pool and darts teams often playing or practicing. Sports pub for watching on TV and younger ones meet after their Saturday match. Large outdoor undercover area. It is also a B&B. I've never stayed so can't comment. Good pub to call in and you will get a friendly welcome from the staff. Dogs also welcome, though not a place for children.

Absolutely beautiful room!! Both lovely lovely people!!! Made us Londoners feel more than welcome!!! I would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone!!! The quiz was an added bonus (Wednesday nights). If I lived closer I'd definitely be a regular!!! Cannot wait to come back again!!!

The grove is a lovely pub, with a great selection of ale, beer, cider and wine. The pleasant atmosphere gives a warm feel. The quiz night on a Wednesday is a popular fun attraction, and is a very well run night. The two pool tables available offer challenging competitions, and the grove has a pool team a Pearson may be able to join. To finish off, the grove has a jukebox system, so you can set the mood for whatever the occasion.
