This was our first time going to New Shad and it was absolutely brilliant. The food was absolutely delicious and we couldn’t stop complimenting how each dish had its own unique flavour. The portions are quite big so we ordered more than enough. The service was exquisite. The staff greeted us with a smile, and checked up on us refilling our drinks when the glasses were empty. Fantastic! I would 100% recommend and would definitely return.
I hadn't been for years (enough of that though...) but four of us went for a meal and were delighted. Friendly and goid food. I hesitated in commenting as I have found a change of chef changes everything but this meal was the best curry I've had in ages.
Top quality. Been using delivery option for years. For the first time, order was missing my main curry. Arrived in super quick time after a feedback call. Always super tasty - best one in the area for quality of food and service.
My husband and I have been to this restaurant many a time. Food is always delicious, well presented and portions are good. Staff are really friendly and service is good too. Cannot fault this restaurant at all and my sister and brother in law who joined us on this occasion had never been before and loved it!
Been to the New Shad for quite a few meals with my family and Wow great Staff and excellent food but while there l discovered a meal that was 100% to my taste which was the lamb Rogan Josh with mushroom fried rice, l couldn’t recommend this dish enough, always consistent and looks as good as it tastes. So last night after a visit to my Mum while in the area ( come up from Sittingbourne ) I ordered a takeaway of the above meal and warmed up when l got back home and it tasted as good as eating in. Many thanks to all at the New Shad especially the Chef your now my favourite Indian restaurant of all time and will not go anywhere else now
