Called for a lunchtime meal in early December with a work colleague to find a beautifully presented, warm environment which was the next best thing to a Christmas grotto; the place was really lovely! Staff were helpful with swift service too. We enjoyed our starters and main meal: tasty soup and roll followed by fish and chips/scampi and chips. The fish dishes were really nice with glorious, crispy chips! We came away well fed and happy to call here again!

The best Sunday Roast I’ve had in a very long time! A generous portion of roast beef cooked to perfection. Roast potatoes crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Tasty red cabbage like my mum used to do. Huge Yorkshire pudding. Delicious gravy. Yummy mashed potato. Even the sprouts tasted good (and I’m not a fan of sprouts 😂). Excellent value for money. Didn’t have to wait long for it either, always a bonus! Thanks so much. We’ll be back.

Very impressed. Called today for lunch with a group of friends. Was impressed with the Christmas decorations which adorned the whole place, must have taken a long time to get them up but, tastefully done. The staff were pleasant polite and helpful. Good food choices on the menu and despite the place being busy the food, lots of different choices, arrived quickly and was piping hot. Prices were good too! Overall, a very positive experience and I look forward to returning!

Just been in for a lovely meal with family. Very busy as Good Friday but service was quick and the meal lovely as usual. I tried the Donner kebab and it was one of the nicest meals I've had. Very good ,fresh and good value for money. I will be back to have again very soon , staff lovely and cheerful , see you soon , ( Monday when I bring the hubby to try it )

Had an amazing dining experience at spice vally Horwich The food was exceptional—every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. From the appetizers to the dessert, each bite was better than the last. The service was top-notch, with special mention to Vic, the manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. His attention to detail and friendly, professional manner really made our experience memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and outstanding service

Excellent food and service. They have a vegan and a vegetarian menu, you can see the chefs cook the food too. The mixed vegan starter was divine, some of the best onion bhajis I’ve had in a long time. I asked for the aloo gobi to be hot and it was just right, spicy hot! rich flavours and high quality vegetables cooked to perfection. And a choice of breads too! The staff were welcoming, the tables had a great vibe, lighting and a high end feel to the converted church. There was a mistake in the missing chips/rice, which was fine as the portions were plenty, which they billed us for but they removed this when informed. It was good value for money either way. We had a good customer service experience over all and will be back for more in the future.

We were a group of 12 from London travelling to that area during the festive season & got to know about this restaurant as a recommendation. 100% top notch restaurant. The food was exquisite, the service was warm, friendly & the atmosphere was buzzing! There is a reason why this place was packed by people travelling from a bit & the locals! First time in Horwich and glad I came here. Food is really good with great service. I always like a restaurant that you can see the kitchen.

A very decent restaurant. Nice environment. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is great! Definitely gonna visit again! Must try the slow-roasted pork belly. Skip the fats and eat the crispy glazed pork skin together with the lean meat with cranberry sauce and gravy. Yummy 😊

🎄CHRISTMAS DAY AT EWE🎄 I celebrated Christmas with my family at Ewe for my first ever Christmas dinner out, and it was perfect! The team welcomed us warmly, with exceptional service throughout our visit. The venue looked magical, fully decked with festive decor and a stunning Christmas tree. The food was nothing short of amazing. From the fresh prawn cocktail and perfectly prepared beetroot carpaccio to a juicy turkey dinner served with generous portions, every bite impressed. Desserts were an absolute dream, with my chocolate and cherry delice being the perfect sweet finale, creamy and rich. With Santa hats, crackers, and coffee served with homemade mince pies, the festive touches were endless. We rounded out our day sipping Prosecco by the tree after our meal, which was everything I could’ve hoped for. The food is good. We have been coming here for our special dates for over a year. After we got married we came here with our immediate family for a meal. And it was an obvious choice for our anniversary. The staff are great and it's a nice atmosphere.
