If you’re going to Manchester, you have to visit Popchop Curry House! They open at 5pm, but we only managed to get the last two plates of pork chop rice when we arrived at 7pm – everything sells out if you’re late, so intense! They mentioned you can call ahead to place an order if needed. The pork chops are pan-fried to a crispy perfection, and the curry is aromatic with a good spice kick. Tastes amazing! The quality is still as high as ever, with that classic Hong Kong curry flavor. Since we had kids with us who couldn’t handle the spicy curry, they kindly provided an extra bowl of curry sauce on the side. We also ordered a plate of scallion oil chicken with fried egg rice, and the chicken was just as delicious!

The famous 新景園豬扒in the uk. Visited so many times, their pork chops are just so nice and the curry is very unique. Recommend order the large portion cause regular is half pork less. You can also call them to book a table. 檸檬茶can be better though, tea flavour not strong enough and should add less sugar!

Sometimes it's tempting not to give a good review because you want to be selfish. One of the reason being this is such a small little place and if it gets too popular how am I ever going to get a seat the next time I come? But I don't live that close so let's hope they get even more popular and open a shop near me because their Pork Chop Curry is off the chart delicious!

The signature curry pork chop is unbeatable, especially when paired with a refreshing iced lemon tea. The staff are polite and provide excellent service, but space is limited, so it's best to reserve a table in advance.

If you're in search of an authentic culinary experience, this restaurant is a must-visit. Their Asian fusion cuisine is exceptional and beautifully complements every dish we savored. Being a family-owned establishment, the owners' humble demeanor adds to the charm. While ongoing renovations promise an even more delightful ambiance, they already offer takeaway services for convenience. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit to savor more of their delicious offerings.

We ate in here this evening and it was the best Thai meal we’ve ever had. Went for the salt and pepper ribs and spring rolls to start. The meat on the ribs fell off the bone and the spring rolls were so fresh. The mains were stunning too, salt and pepper chicken with rice and crispy pork, along with the signature loaded fries (topped with chicken and steak slices and leathered in a lovely spicy mayo, barbecue sauce, fresh chillis and spring onion). It was enough to feed four, honestly the portions are huge. It’s a shame not more people were in, because this place is so nice and the price is reasonable for excellent and fresh food. The service is a little slow, but the lady waiting on was lovely and I suppose may have been helping out in the kitchen. The chef also came out when we were leaving to have a chat with us, who was really friendly and welcoming. Overall a lovely meal and will definitely go back.

Wow….first time we’ve been here and the Meat Sharing Platter and Loaded Duck Fries we ordered were really tasty. We’ll definitely be going back for a takeaway, not sure about “eating in” the place looked deserted for a Saturday evening.

Excellent addition to Monton Road with a great steak selection and a straight forward menu, we have visited twice already and have enjoyed both times, the food is great and well presented. The pricing is also convenient, maybe just above average for the area but nothing of significance when compared to a similar quality steak house in the city centre. We will be visiting again and perhaps try some of the more premium cuts, but as an all round experience i highly rate this place.

Visited for a birthday dinner and tried the early bird menu which absolutely worth it. Great food with an equally great ambience and service to match. The only thing lacking was a varied dessert option. Other than that l, no complaints!

Amazing food and service. Second time we've been. Had the Wagyu Tomahawk between 2 of us, and others had burgers and lamb shank. Steak was so good. All the staff were great, runs as smooth as clockwork. Perfect night!

We had an incredible birthday meal at this steakhouse! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable about the meat and took the time to explain the different cuts. The starters were fantastic—BBQ beef ribs that practically fell off the bone and garlic king prawns bursting with flavor. The Chateaubriand was absolutely delicious and well worth the money, and the sauces paired perfectly. The sides were a hit too, with the chili tenderstem broccoli cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The onion rings were a little basic, but everything else was outstanding. For dessert, the crème brûlée was like eating silk—such a smooth, indulgent treat. Definitely a place to return to for top-notch steak and fantastic service.

The food didn’t have much flavor. My husband and I hadn’t eaten all day so we were famished. But we only took a few bites. It really wasn’t that great, but it could have just been what we got. We bought chicken gyros, orange cake, and baklava. The gyros had lots of sauce on them. That was awesome. The chips and everything else was lacking any flavor. The orange cake was very sweet but I could only take a few bites. I was most excited about it. The baklava had a ton of syrup in it. It pooled at the bottom of the container. I grew up with my dad making baklava all the time. It just didn’t have any flavor either. It was strange. I wanted to enjoy it more. The service was so great and kind. I just would not recommend to a friend.

Very good Thai restaurant, they do takeaways, and deliveries. Food is very good, service is excellent, the starters I tried were all good, the Tom Yam soup was good but could do with being spicier, this is my personal preference. The main dishes were a generous size, they were delicious, again I would have preferred a spicier taste, but this is my preference also. Recommended.

We were visiting family and wanted to grab a bite to eat in the area. It’s been quiet a few years since we have been to Monton & had a few eateries to choose from but my nephew suggested we try this spot and it didn’t disappoint the food was awesome both our dishes were jam packed with flavour and good portion sizes to I ordered Stir In Chilli Oil with a side of Jasmine rice & the hubby ordered Pad Thai Noodles with Chicken. We visited at lunch time & was pretty quiet so service was fast, the staff were very welcoming and the ambiance atmosphere was lovely love the black & Gold interior I would definitely recommend this Thai restaurant and next time we’re in the UK will definitely be back

Best takeaway in Eccles. Proper Italian pizza made with delicious fresh ingredients, huge pasta portion with lots of sea food and fantastic, authentic cannoli for dessert. A hidden gem that's definitely worth a try and so much better than the greasy pizzas with cheap ingredients you get elsewhere. All delivered fresh and hot in fully recyclable packaging.

Ordered for the first time and was delivered in 40 minutes. The pizza is really fresh and crispy and the hot honey sauce is so good. Delivery driver was pleasant too. Will definitely order - again such good quality food.

Eaten here 3 times now. Pasta’s gorgeous. The guy so accommodating adding/ exchanging any ingredients you want. The pizzas are top notch. Delivery really good and arrives fresh and hot. Collection really fast and staff sooo nice. The only disappointment was the side order Italian potatoes £6 . All the making of a beautiful dish unfortunately the potatoes were rock hard. Also the adding up by the lady tonight was off £5 difference on their side. But when questioned was very apologetic and quick to amend. Will return and hope Venice will take this feedback as constructive and make our experience even better.

My wife and I booked on a Friday evening after travelling up from Nottingham for the weekend. Lovely food, very nice staff and service was very good. Very nice place and very popular. One thing maybe could have had complimentary Prawn Crackers to start but that’s just something I have had in many restaurants before not an issue. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend and will be back on our next trip. 😊👍

This is hands down the best Bangladeshi restaurant I’ve been to. Most Bangladeshi restaurants are presented as Indian restaurant - felt so good walking in and seeing the representation of our country . The food was very good and reasonably priced . The cooking is not like other “ Indian restaurants” , its very good . Anyone from bangladesh will surely appreciate the food . Highly recommend.

I'm absolutely impressed with this place. There was so much flavours and spiciness in every dish. Most of the dishes are spicy which is absolutely fantastic, can't count how many times I had bland curry. But don't be afraid it's not burn your mouth spicy, it's all balanced very well and there is good selection of mild dishes too! This Bengali style street food stole my heart. Mrs A with her years of experience brought a new dimension to Indian cuisine, it's not your ordinary curry 😎 The curry is on a thinner side but that allows your to get the flavours better and the meat is literally falling apart. Chicken was so tender it was unreal 🙌 My favourite were the vegetables samosas made using authentic Samosas pastr,so hard to find these days Most surprising: Futchka made with beans, eggs spices and onions. This is excellent Bangladeshi food. Is it like food from your local Indian? Absolutely not! It's much better, with very distinct delicious flavours. It's more of a canteen than a restaurant, but that's OK. Also they offer spicy food and don't give way to English tastes for milder curries. However, the spice on some dishes, can be hot but the dish tastes very good.

WOW what a day for my baby shower! The venue was just absolutely perfect, the food was amazing and everyone commented it was the nicest afternoon tea they have ever had. I cannot put into words how amazing Holly and the rest of the staff were from booking the baby shower up until the day had finished. They all went above and beyond and made my day extra special. It was our first time visiting here and we went as a family to celebrate my birthday. Our server, Sushi was absolutely amazing. We were really impressed with the restaurant as a whole. The decor is amazing and the food we ordered was delicious especially the ribs and Mac n Chesse. Portions were massive. They even made wings a bit hotter as requested for my husband! I would like to see more of a range of dishes in future though. They had a kids menu which was perfect for our little ones, reasonably priced and it was quality fresh food served to them too! I then got a birthday sweet treat with sparklers which was a lovely surprise! We will definitely be back again. Other members of staff were brilliant and everyone spoke to us and interacted with our children. A new favourite spot for us in Monton, for sure! Thank you to everyone at The Garden for such a lovely evening.
