Today I Did Enjoy A Very Good Burger And Chip's And Diet Coke Here At The House Kitchen & Bar On Goose Green in Altrincham Greater Manchester I Was Served By Hannah She Did Do A Very Good Job Here Bring It To Me To My Table An She is A Very Nice Girl And Very Nice Waitress Here As Very Good Staff And I Do Appreciate All Of The Very Nice Thing's She Said To Me Here Today Saying To Me Your Alrite Sweet,Here You Are Sweety And Here You Go Sweet Pea, Which She Made Me Feel Very Happy I Do Really Appreciate Her Saying Very Nice Thing's Like That To Me And I'll Definitely Be Coming Back Here Again To Eat Here Again in The Near Future 👍😃💓

Had a fantastic meal on Sunday - the seafood pasta especially was the nicest pasta I’ve ever had. Thanks to Pilione for looking after us and making it such a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend visiting if you want the best Italian food this side of Italy! 🇮🇹

Absolutely amazing food in the most characterful restaurant in Hale! The owner, Pilione is an absolute joy! He’s also an unbelievable chef and the most brilliant host!! Honestly, this is without question the best and most authentic Italian restaurant in all of The Hale/Altrincham area!!

Excellent hotel, I had a perfect stay which was made even easier by the electric vehicle charging points in the car park which I didn’t expect and saved me time in the morning trying to find a charge station. The unicorn beer in the pub is also one of the nicest pints I’ve ever had! I’m looking forward to my return

Travelled up for a 50th birthday and stayed at the pub hotel with a lot of friends and it was excellent. The pub was really friendly, well priced and made us very welcome as a large group. The room was genuinely excellent value, good bed, shower and plenty of tea and coffee it was clean and all worked great. I stay in a lot hotels and this was excellent value for the money. We all had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good and at a good price. Breakfast was included and just what we all needed the morning after. Overall a very good hotel pub and we had an excellent time and would come back happily. Thanks to the team at the Bulls Head for having us all.

Have just had a wonderful meal and experience at The Bulls Head. The food was wonderful, absolutely loved my spinach and aubergine burger and the Malbec wine - delicious. David the manager made us feel extremely welcome and well looked after. Great time. Thank you x

Travelled from South Wales to visit family in Altrincham over the Christmas period. Stayed for 4 nights. Everything was excellent. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Staff were very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of choice for breakfasts, which were delicious. Had a family meal at the pub for 11 people, on Christmas Eve. Again, the food was delicious and perfect. Will definitely be returning when next in the area.

I visited on Friday afternoon 12th July it was my first visit, I wasn’t disappointed:) The sharing food platter was delicious, along with the other starter dishes, olives, pork pieces, fries etc….. The taste & presentation was 5 stars! The service was 5 stars! Will definitely be eating here again…. Only one negative, when I went to pay the bill, It was all ready for me to tap my card etc…. I said: I’d like to add on a tip and was wondering where I should add it? It was already added when the bill was presented? I personally would have liked to be informed first as I’d not seen anything on the menu that 10% would automatically be added: I didn’t mind paying as the food/service were worth it, however, I would have preferred be told that they had already added the tip!

I was attracted by the big disco ball of the pub. I was surprised the well fried fish which was crispy and thin. The lamb leg was tender. Very happy to have the big Yorkshire pudding. It’s their signature

We booked the Con Club for our small business Christmas Do. I had high expectations, having eaten there a few times and it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere was lively, the food was delicious and the staff were really friendly and attentive. The fabulous decorations added to the gorgeous interior to make it feel really special. Highly recommended!

Although the food we had was delicious, I really felt the service wasn't up to scratch. We constantly had to grab attention of waiters passing by - even to take the order. They don't take time to listen to you or ask if you'd like anything else - example they put the food down and legged it without asking if we needed condiments then we spent the next 10 minutes trying to grab someone rushing by to ask for mustard. The atmosphere is also loud and canteen-like. Overall we did enjoy the food but adding a 13% service charge when the service wasn't great has put me off.

Really lovely food, with incredibly quick service on a larger booking. Plenty of gluten free options small downside was flicking between the main menu and Gluten Free as only the Italian name was on the gf menu so I couldn't understand what was in the dish. Very happy with the food, some of the best cooked calamari I've ever eaten, delicious mushroom risotto and wonderfully rich truffles to finish a delightful evening

It's POSH !!! If you know what I mean 😀 Service depends on how busy the restaurant is. Luckily, we went on a lazy Saturday afternoon for a quiet lunch. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. My wife is happy, and so am I. Well, for that price you wouldn't expect anything less !!

I never expected Piccolinos to excel at roast dinners, but they truly exceeded all expectations! The meal was absolutely delightful. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our post-Hale 10k dinner memorable. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality!

Took my partner here for brunch and we loved it. Food was really good as you can see from the photos. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is lovely.

The food was absolutely gorgeous, so impressed! Edit - returned a couple of weeks later to be given a dirty table and an extremely dirty high chair with food dripping down the leg and smeared on the table. If this is the standard they are happy to have on show, I can't imagine how bad it is in the kitchen. Left without ordering and won't return.

Francine and Jess made us so welcome, the food was excellent and the pub retains its old world charm, with tasteful modern touches to add to the comfort of the restaurant area. The recommendation by a friend proved to be a winner.

We stumbled on this place - and what a great find. The staff were out of this work - so helpful and the food was amazing. Had a lovely afternoon, will definitely be coming back.

First visit here for a bite before an ice hockey game. No need to book as there were only 3 in our party. A great range of burgers, sliders, steaks and also bowls - which we opted for. Staff were friendly and efficient and the food was delicious (especially on a cold January night).

Visited for the first time and had great time, staff were very friendly. The food was overall lovely (recommend the brisket fries). A couple of small notes on the pork bites were slightly over done and onion rings were slightly under done but all was tasty. The selection of beer is also top notch with great variety, staff were very happy to give testers and can recommend the 7 brothers honey beer if it's on when you visit.

Wow wow wow. First time here tonight and it was absolutely amazing. Everything from the service (thank you so much to the guy who served us tonight - so sorry to not get his name! He was so attentive and lovely) to the amazing cocktails we had (2 for £11 special for happy hour - fab!!! So delicious) to the outstanding food. Perfect. We tried the raspberry vodka cocktail, dark and stormy, Jack frost and rusty tart. All delicious! I ordered the baby back ribs which were literally falling off the bone, so tender and so delicious! Even the chips and red cabbage coleslaw were YUM. My husband ordered the two sliders plate - American and Tokyo Drift - both good, though the beef brisket fries he ordered were definitely the star of his order. I had to restrain myself from nicking a bunch of them 🤣 they are seeeeeriously good! We'll definitely be back to try more menu items (and cocktails!) ❤️❤️❤️

Good food is good restaurant. The carvery is very fresh, and give generous portions. Meat tastes good, and they have lots of options for people who can't have beef/pork. ONLY GO FOR THE CARVERY. It is the cheapest and best option, with the children's carvery only for 7.00 with huge portions. Slight problem is that the staff sometimes take a heck of a long time serving. They spend so much time talking to each other that a line of 3 people to took about 20 minutes. Not acceptable.

My family and I had a wonderful Christmas Dinner at Bramley Farm on Christmas Day. It was really special. We had a 12.30 booking so it wasn't packed around us, we weren't rushed in anyway and it was a very happy family experience. Sarah was our waitress and she was amazing. Very kind, very patient and excellent at her job. She is a credit to your business. My sister Julie has cerebral palsy, early onset dementia and learning difficulties. She is a beautiful soul and not a moments bother but she is very much a routine girl and she always has macaroni cheese when we eat at Bramley. I didn't think to let her know it was a different menu for Christmas Day and she was a bit disappointed not to be having her usual macaroni. She was okay though - she never makes a fuss 🥰Sarah heard this and went to the Chef (Donna) who actually made a macaroni cheese for Julie - we couldn't believe it! What a gorgeous thing to do ❣️ Especially on such a busy day. Beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much to you all. Sarah and Chef Donna - extra love and thanks. We always come to Bramley and your staff and their service is a big part of our experience. Happy 2025 and lots of love to you all xxx

My mother suffers from severe social anxiety. The staff were very accommodating to us especially “Jackie”. They were able to cater to my mothers needs. We hd a phenomenal time at the establishment. They constantly checked if we were happy and the food was amazing. Mum had the fish and chips and I had the carvery. Would definitely recommend the carvery 😎.
