Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. Malcolm has undertaken work for us since we have been living in Dorchester over the last six years. I would not use anyone else. He is extremely reliable and all his work is carried out with the utmost precision and care for detail. He only accepts the highest standards and you always feel very comfortable when he is around your home. I have no hesitation in recommending him most highly.

Malcolm conducted the annual Water Tank Service as well as fixing the plug in the ensuite bathroom. He was prompt to arrive at the prearranged time and conducted the necessary work in a timely and professional manner. He left the respective areas as found. I thoroughly recommend 'The Plumberman'. An efficient, prompt and very friendly service. I had a blocked/leaking bathroom sink waste pipe. I made contact just before the Bank Holiday and Malcolm kept me fully informed as to his availability and arrived exactly when he said he would just days later. After several problems with our old boiler, Wayne came out on the same day to try and diagnose the problem. He then supplied and fitted a new boiler for us as he didnt want to leave us without heating and hot water with a young family. He was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him. I cannot recommend Luke highly enough. He is very friendly and excellent at his job. He is a qualified plumber and heating engineer so can do everything. We virtually knocked our house down and rebuilt it and Luke did everything, refitting bathrooms and toilets to fitting a brand new central heating system. He is extremely professional and we wouldn't work with anyone else.

Called late evening and spoke to Luke following a leak at a relatives house. He was going to attend within 15 mins but after we isolated the water and arranged for him to attend the following morning- he attended resolved the problem and advised on a couple of other issues. Really nice man and highly recommended.

Luke is a top bloke, I messaged him at asking to take a look at removing a bathroom for me and within the hour he popped over. Later that day he provided a great quote and once agreed arranged to come over the next day to do the job. The work was quick and tidy, taking care of everything i had wanted. I have two jobs carried out by Guy Crabb, can't recommend them highly enough. They reopened an old fire place and installed a log burner. Exceptional work! Came to measure up and we discussed our vision for the bathroom and downstairs toilet. They suggested options and gave their experience of different issues and solutions. Jordan and Roy were super friendly when they came to do the work. They were very clean and professional and we were impressed with their eye for detail. One small part came that didn't match the gold trim and they were not happy with fitting it as it wouldn't match so went off and sought a part that would work better with the whole room. We were recommended them by my mother in law who was extremely impressed with their high quality work on her two bathrooms. Highly recommend them for any work you need doing.

Used this company many many times now on 2 properties and holiday homes after moving to them from another firm and can not rate them high enough.
