Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. Thank you for a great service!

Liam did a great job at removing moths/larvae in my house and giving thorough advice for treatment. He is on time, does a job properly and with care and he even came back to resolve what his colleague didn’t do. So ask for Liam for a job well done. Phill is also great!!!

We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. I would highly recommend this service and would ask for Liam if I ever had need of the service again. Thank you

Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies. They answear when their available and always get back to you when they have a minute . They will try help as much as they can. Thanks guys. 😊

Had a wasp nest problem so gave Sykes Pest Control a call. They went to my property the same day whilst I was at work and found the nest and neutralised it. Very quick and very efficient service. Definitely recommend

Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and Fabian explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully whilst also being very sweet to my little dog making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could be!

Great service from Vinny.we were planning a pre wedding garden party and discovered a wasps nest in the ground the evening before. I rang vinny as his was the first number thag came up on Google.was so relieved he said he could come out the next morning.He came on time and had it dealt with.He is a great guy,professional and gets the job done without any mess.The same day we discovered another nest and he came out again and removed it same day.No wasps that evening at all! Highly recommend his services.

Rang Vinny as we suspected we had a wasp nest in the loft. He was here within an hour of calling him. When he arrived he was professional and straight on with the job. Vinny spent some time looking around the outside of the house to locate the nest and then went into the loft. To my surprise there was nothing there this time. Vinny advised us what to do if we see them again. Great service, would definitely recommend 👍🏼

Vinni provided a professional customer experience. Very friendly and reliable. Reasonable charge to pay for catching moles in the garden. They created such a mess and my own methods of deterring them didn’t work. See photo of damage. Vinni resolved effectively and I’m hoping they never return. Myself and my neighbour used The Pest Company for a rat problem we had in our terrace houses. I found Neil to be very polite and professional in the house.
