Andrew Walker the surveyor arrived and quickly assessed the situation. Andrew was polite and professional and explained clearly what was required to resolve the issue. He arranged for a technician to attend. Todd the technician was punctual, efficient and he too was very polite. I had to contact the office and was dealt with by Carla, Mandy and Joanne all three were pleasant and helpful.

Dennis (Surveyor), Andy (Technician), and Joanne (telephone agent) was nothing short of amazing. Came out carried out the survey and reassured me it was a small job after being told it was a big job and would cost over £1k. Dennis provided a report and was honest and his experience shown throughout and the price was much less than what others had quoted. The office was great and kept me updated and ensured all my questions were asked. Andy was great, told me everything I needed and ensured my mind was at rest. Found damp in our bungalow we moved into and got in touch with Rentokil. They sent Jason out to survey the property and his report came back within two weeks. We needed work doing in two rooms. The price was agreed and a date set to start. The date came round and Andy Wilson turned up on time to do the work. Andy was polite and friendly and a hard worker. I can say that there was no mess.
