Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and Fabian explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully whilst also being very sweet to my little dog making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could be!

Jony did our 2nd treatment very well. Fast and reliable. Went above and beyond as far as doing some carpentry for a hard to reach area and sealed that off also for a strong and effective result in avoiding the pests to return. Thank you Jony :)

Who do you turn to when your young adult offspring rings you in a blind panic having been eyeball to eyeball with a rat in her living room? Vespa solutions were absolutely brilliant! Got in touch with Vespa as we had a large wasp nest under the roof slates. Vespa came and sorted it on the same day for a very reasonable price. Really professional and friendly. Would have no hesitation in using them again and would recommend them to friends and family

Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.

We cannot recommend Crest Pest Control Enough! Mark from Crest Pes Control came to help us resolve a mouse issue. He was very friendly, spent time understanding the issue, listening to what we had heard and explained what the causes could be, how he would be able to resolve it and how we can prevent it going forward. Made 4 visit for the price of 3, everything was very reassuring and Mark explained each week what the results of the previous weeks actions were and what we should expect over the next. As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. We had the Atlas team clean out an entire vacant residential block in the middle of town after a window was left open and a flock of pigeons moved in ! You can guess the state of the place ! 😱 Jacob, Phil and the team came in and did a fantastic job of clearing it all, ripping out the carpets and underlay, then giving it a thorough clean ready for refurbishment. Very satisfying knowing that the wasps nest has been sorted out today by Atlas Environmental. Phil wasn’t put off by the atrocious weather and safely eradicated the nest which was behind the guttering line.
