Well, what a fantastic service! From the initial phone call me in hysterics, to the rapid response knock on my front door (15 minutes!) Mark was amazing, very personable, reassuring and had a good sense of humour. He talked me through the process and answered all of my questions. Rang them at 10am spoke to Mark who was superb from the start gave me the detail and answers i needed. So rang back up booked it for next day very competitive price then he found the time to get to my house same day and my ‘wasps’ were gone when i got home!! Couldnt fault this company simply amazing service and should i ever need their help again i will 110% be ringing them.
