We found ourselves requiring the service of The Pied Piper after having noticed we had a visit from a few rats after a big building project.

It was a very anxious time for us as we could hear constant scratching and scurrying in and around the walls and floor boards.

The team at The Pied Piper were very understanding and arranged an appointment for a visit very promptly. The initial contact with them was very professional and they were very responsive, professional and understanding.

The service included 3 visits to lay bate and check activity thereafter. The guys that attended were very knowledgable and professional, they were able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. They also investigated where the rats where accessing the house from and we was advised to repair and fill up holes that where left from the building work to stop further entry once the visits where complete.

After the first visit we no longer heard any scurrying or scratching which left me confident that the professional team knew exactly where to target the problem.

The other two appointments where completed timely and punctually as arranged originally, with the same level of professionalism.

I can not stress how happy I was with the service provided by The Pied Piper, they were knowledgeable, professional, understanding and exceptional value. I would 100% recommend their services for anyone requiring pest control.

I found the Pied Piper team to be really friendly and professional. Especially Teybin and Simon who came out to fix the pigeon fouling on my balcony. They were quick and efficient and even cleaned up the pigeon poop!

Professional and reliable service. These guys were extremely knowledgeable and attentive in helping us deal with a recent blue bottle fly infestation in our home. We had 1 visit within 24 hours of our call, where a full inspection of the property both in side and out was taken and effective treatment was placed straight away.
