Excellent from the start. Michaela and Caitlin were responsive and helpful on the phone. Paul was fantastic with his 2 visits for rodent control. Edward (proofing) was legend: never seen a guy work with such care, precision, pride in his work and thoroughness - above and beyond, and tireless.

I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. They have great customer service as well and are very responsive and happy to answer any questions! The whole experience was way less stressful thanks to their team :)

Beaver Pest Controller agent Darren has been so amazing , and extremely Helpful and efficient, very polite and professional. He pays attention to detail and make sure you are happy with the service before he leaves . Very informative and knows his job very well when it comes to explaining the cause of why there might be a situations with pest in the house. I would recommend everytime we have a pest problem. I thoroughly enjoyed Darren’s services. He was over friendly with high professionalism. He respected my home on all visits and did a thorough job. He did so well my mum hired him too and she was just as happy. He was so kind to my children and even gifted them! Please use his services, you won’t regret.

Not only regarding treatment and honest advice but he also shows care and attention to his customer, following up to check on the results. I would definitely recommend his service if needed. Best service ever honestly i am very impressed any bad review for the company comes from people who are judt straight up cheap o have tried many companies but they are all cheap and cant get the job done a few extra pounds and all ur problems will be gone. I have a phobia of mice and they took care of the issue very well thank you .
