Excellent Service – Highly Recommend! Had a stuck lock today and found Sul’s contact through a Google search. From the start, he was patient as I explained my situation. We agreed on a time, and he was prompt, even giving me a heads-up when he was on his way. Throughout our interaction, he was polite, professional, and, most importantly, got my door open! I would highly recommend his services without reservation.

Radu was recommended to me by a friend, he was quick to respond to my message, correctly diagnosed the issue from my description and offered to come within half hour but it was late at night and would have disturbed the house. He arrived at the agreed time in the morning and quickly gained entry and replaced the broken mechanism at a very reasonable price. From arrival to replacing the lock was just over 30 minutes. This is something I didn't have the tools for nor the knowledge to do myself. He's very friendly, professional and I absolutely recommend him based on this experience.

The Key Team were fantastic! They have me an instant quote that was much more reaosnable than what my insurance affiliated company offered. Arrived on the day, did the job quickly, easily and professionally. He (Danny) also explained everything about it to me as he went along. The fitter arrived on time and introduced himself. I explained the issues in full and he set to work , reprogramming a new key card and cutting a new physical key. 45 minutes later, all work was completed and tested satisfactorily. Came to fix a lock the next day, arrived early, really nice bloke who quoted the job on the spot. There were no sales tactics, he just explained what needed fixing and gave me two options. Within an hour my door was fixed, for what I consider a fair price! Cheers.

Came to my rescue!!! These guys were doing some work on a house a few doors down and I found it impossible to get my outer gate to unlock.. 20 minutes later I asked 'can someone try my key im finding it impossible to get in' he unlocked my gate and gave me some really useful advice and was so very lovely! I didn't know he was a locksmith as well as he showed me the logo on his jacket! Fate had it and honestly he was fab! Life saver!
