Cannot recommend more! Took our young child & dog out to play in the snow and lost our keys. On a day where the town was staying at home due to heavy snow, two members of the team came out in the snow to ensure we could get into our house. They were fast, skilled and got us back into our home as quickly as they could. Our back door lock failed and we could not lock it or get the key out. Terry arrived at the time we booked and had it sorted within half an hour and with minimum fuss. Am very impressed and grateful for the efficient and friendly service.

I had a front door that occasionally (and then more frequently) would ‘catch’ and not open at all. This was obviously a health and safety issue and needed addressing. Terry from Kirklees Lock and Key came out the same day within a couple of hours. Spent an hour or so fixing the door. It now feels and behaves like new. We received an excellent and professional service from B &S Locksmiths. I called them about my locking mechanism on my door not working properly. There was no answer but they rang me back straight away. They made an appointment to come and look at it and ordered a new part telling us when they would be able to fix it. The job they did was excellent and the lock has never worked so good. They charged a fair price and I would highly recommend them.
