Needed a locksmith Sunday evening as my elderly mum’s door handle broke on me when I went to visit her, so we were locked in.I rang Marc to come fix it, but unfortunately he wasn’t able to come till next morning.I said it’s fine I will just climb through window for me to go home. Unfortunately for me I couldn’t get through the window as they don’t open wide enough, So I resigned myself to stay the night at mum’s house.I got back in touch with Marc to let him know I couldn’t get out and would he come early as possible that next morning. He rang me straight back and told me he would be there in next hour and half. The poor lads van had broken down, so he borrowed a car just so he could fix the door and make it safe.
